Pakistan has found it difficult to mend relations with Afghanistan after many years. Border disputes between Afghanistan and Pakistan still rage. A cyber attack on dozens of banks simultaneously happens almost once every year. Shortly before that, the government arrested an ordinary rickshaw puller after finding a transaction of 300 crores in his bank account. Aid continues to flow mysteriously into Pakistan from Arab countries.
