To avoid conflict with Yogi, Agarwal was sent out of UP in September 2022, appointed BJP in-charge in Lakshadweep and BJP co-in-charge in Kerala.
BJP started convincing Jayant Chaudhary

Shiv Sena leader's dirty comment about Priyanka
Shiv Sena MLA Sanjay Sirsat's comments about Rajya Sabha member Priyanka Chaturvedi have created controversy. Sirsat claimed that Aditya Thackeray gave Rajya Sabha ticket to Priyanka because she was very beautiful. Sirsat claims that Uddhav group leader and former MP Chandrakant Khaire said this to himself.

Controversy over Maurya's comments about Hindu temples
Samajwadi Party leader Swamiprasad Maury has created a controversy by stating that the big Hindu temples and Buddhist monasteries were demolished. Maurya said that if BJP searches for temples inside mosques and conducts a survey, then the big temples of the country should also be surveyed because temples are also built by demolishing monasteries.
Mayawati and BJP leaders have fallen out over Maurya. Both have slammed Maurya vote bank politics for playing dirty politics of pitting Buddhists and Muslims against Hindus. Mayawati has also questioned why this issue was not raised when Maurya was in the BJP.
