FBI raids on Biden's house, will this happen in India?


Even in India, many investigative agencies have FBI-like powers, but those powers are never used against those in power

In India, when the government agencies are thinking of laying hands on the leader of the ruling party, it cannot be hoped that the persons sitting in high positions will be raided or prosecuted there. The fact that the FBI in America has shown the courage to conduct a raid there should show the difference between America and India.

The FBI raided the US President Joe Biden's home in Wilmington, Delaware state, and the entire world was shocked. The FBI conducted these raids to find some of the most secret, i.e. classified, documents of the US government. It has also been announced that six secret documents were found in Biden's house during the raid. Americans are also shocked by the discovery of secret documents from Biden for the third time in three months.

The raid on Biden's home has its roots in an incident three months ago. America had mid-term elections in November. Before that, some classified documents of America were received from the office of Penn Biden Center for Diplomacy and Global Engagement, a think tank in Washington. On it were handwritten notes from Joe Biden. Biden expressed surprise about the documents. He claimed to know nothing about what these documents were about.

The Justice Department of the United States called Biden's lawyers and questioned him after Biden showed ignorance. He also showed ignorance but showed readiness to check Biden's house in advance. In December, an investigation by Biden's lawyers uncovered other documents. Biden's lawyers informed the government and deposited these documents in the archives. Biden then dismissed the matter by saying that the documents were in a safe in my locked garage, not found lying on the road, so there was no need to divulge the matter.

Even then, Biden threw up his hands saying that he did not know anything, but after two secret documents were found, Biden came under suspicion. The Justice Department appointed Bob Bauer as special counsel to begin an investigation into how the documents reached Biden's home. UA Attorney General Merrick Garland also opened an investigation into another counsel, Robert Herr. As part of this investigation, the FBI checks Biden's various locations. It got Biden's home number. Biden has not revealed what the documents are now, but the 10 documents previously found are related to Ukraine, Iran and the UK. These documents are from 2013 to 2016. These documents are from the time when Biden was the Vice President of America.

Biden holds the highest office in America and the FBI is America's top investigative agency, but the raid on Biden has shocked everyone. Considering the situation we have there, the fact that the President of the United States is raided there seems to be bigger than the breaking of the aura. In Biden's case, the big deal is that Biden himself allowed his home to be raided. Before that, even when secret documents were found in the garage of Biden's house, his lawyers showed honesty and declared that they had received the documents from the front and deposited them with the government.

This is not possible in India. In India, one cannot even imagine that anyone would dare to touch a man sitting on the highest position like Biden, but no government agency can touch any leader of the ruling party. We have different categories there for the ruling party and the opposition. When the leaders of the opposition want to raid there, our government agencies come to the fore, but the same agencies become a pawn against the leaders of the ruling party.

Even if the government agencies are thinking of laying hands on the leaders of the ruling party in India, there can be no hope that the persons sitting in the power or sitting in high positions will be raided there or action will be taken. In America, the FBI has even dared the President to raid there. From that alone it should be known what is the difference between America and India.

We are spitting by talking that the law will do the work of the law and will not spare any chamarbandi. The FBI in America has shown that because the country and the country's interests are paramount for the system in America, everything else comes later. Be it an ordinary government employee or an officer working in the FBI, he is loyal to his country.

An employee in America serves his country, works for his country, does not work for or enslave those in power. Hence it follows the rules made by the law of the country. A slave does not follow the orders of a person in power or go to any extent to please him by flouting the law. This is why people who know how the system works in America do not find anything to shock Biden in the raid.

Another interesting thing is that the FBI team that raided Biden there went without a search warrant. The FBI has the power to search anywhere without a search warrant when it comes to national interests. Even in India, many investigative agencies have such powers, but those powers are never used against those in power. In America, by using the power directly against the president, he made people realize that the law is supreme, and gave the rule of law.

Biden will be investigated, if found guilty he will go to jail

The US Justice Department has appointed special counsel Robert Harr to investigate the case of receiving classified i.e. secret documents from Biden's home. Robert Herr has worked as an attorney for the Justice Department.

It is not clear what kind of classified documents were obtained from Biden. The Justice Department will recommend the type of case against Biden based on the sensitivity of the documents. If found guilty in this case, he can be jailed.

If Biden is found to have tampered with the documents, it would be a more serious crime. A case of sedition can also be registered against him for that. This possibility is dim, but it is a very big thing to have a department of his own government investigate the President of the United States.

Given that Biden received classified documents from there, it is clear that Biden was negligent. In these circumstances, Biden has to be fined. In the past when Bill Clinton was the President of America, his National Security Advisor (NSA) Samuel R. Berger was convicted of removing top-secret material from government archives. Burger did not abuse it, so he was fined 10 thousand dollars and released.

Trump also had raids to find secret documents there

The FBI had earlier raided Donald Trump's home as well. Trump's house was filled with secret documents. The US Parliament i.e. Congress is investigating it. There is a possibility that there will be such an investigation against Biden as well.

The Trump camp claims that the secret government documents obtained from Donald Trump are a different case. Trump, who took these documents when he was president, has been reluctant to return them, while Biden has cooperated from the front. Trump and Biden cannot be compared because Biden did not knowingly carry the documents.

Legal experts are not ready to accept this argument. According to him, since this is a matter of national security, both Trump and Bidde are equally guilty. It will not work if Trump is investigated and Biden is let go. People in Biden's own party support this so it spells disaster for Biden.
