Will Imran be framed for adultery and settled?


Separate proofs of Imran visiting Bushra's house in her husband's absence on the pretext of seeking spiritual guidance are circulating in the market.

A new calamity has come for Imran Khan, who is living in prison in a corruption case. Imran Khan married Bushra Bibi 22 years younger than him in 2018. There were long rumors about Imran and Bushra's marriage, but now Bushra's ex-husband Khawar Farid Manek has reached the court. Khawar has claimed that Imran and Bushra's marriage was not according to Sharia i.e. Islamic law and called it a fraudulent marriage. According to Khawar, Bushra married Imran without observing the Iddat.

Khawar has also accused Imran and Bushra of 'fornication'. Physical intercourse between a man and a woman who are not married to each other is called 'fornication'. Khawar alleges that Imran and Bushra had a physical relationship before marriage. Although Bushra is married to another man, Imran commits a big crime by having sex with her. According to Islamic law, if a married woman has intercourse with another man, the punishment is death, but according to Pakistani law, the punishment is five years in prison.

Manek has also named four witnesses to prove his allegations. Maulvi Mufti Muhammad Saeed, who performed the nikah of Imran and Bushra, and politician An Chowdhury, who was present as a witness, are the Khawar witnesses to prove that the nikah of Imran-Bushra is not according to Sharia. Latif, a servant working in Manek's house, is also a witness who saw Imran and Bushra celebrating colors while Bushra was Khawar's wife.

Khawar was currently in jail in a corruption case. With Nawaz Sharif's return to Pakistan, Khawar's fortunes changed and he got bail. As soon as he was released on bail, Khawar accused Imran of ruining his marriage. Khawar alleged that Imran would come to his house in his absence on the pretext of seeking a spiritual guide and spend hours alone in the room with Bushra. Bushra gave a separate phone to Imra. Both talked for hours late at night. When I asked Bushra about this, she got angry and left her pier and never came back. After that he got married with Imran.

Within two days of Khawar making this allegation, he also filed a case against Imran, so there is no need to tell at whose behest Khawar is jumping. It goes without saying who is interested in framing Imran for adultery.

Imran and Bushra Bibi got married on January 1, 2018. It has been more than five years since their marriage, but Lagi Khawar was silent till now. Khawar has never talked about Imran-Bushra's physical relationship before marriage. The issue that the marriage of both of them was not according to Sharia was never raised. Now all of a sudden he is remembering all this as Pakistan has elections in two months.

For Imran Khan, the Sharif brothers, the Zardari-Bhutto family, this election is a question of political survival. All are trying their best to beat each other. Low level maneuvers are being done to outwit each other. It is obvious that Khawar's accusations are part of this ploy. Khawar didn't mind when his wife had an affair with Imran, he didn't mind when Bushra went to Imran's house to party and he didn't do anything even when they got married. Now he is reminded of Sharia, adultery and more because Imran's political rivals have killed him.

The Sharif brothers and Zardari-Bhutto are using Khawar to topple Imran because their intention is to remove Imran from the polls. Imran Khan is a strong competitor so both fear him. Those people tried to remove Imran from the election, but Imran does not give a damn. Imran was implicated in the corruption case, but Imran did not break, so the Sharif brothers and Zardari-Bhutto played the last bet by promoting Khawar.

Pakistanis do not care about corruption, but Khawar has been forwarded with the calculation that saying that they do not follow the laws of Islam will turn them against Imran. Imran's image is already that of Playboy. Talks of his bluster have been rife for years, but given that the Pakistanis have given him power, it is doubtful whether the allegations against Imran will work or not. This is why Bushra has been targeted.

Imran believes that he got power because of Bushra's mystical powers and tantric rituals. He believes that it is necessary to be with Bushra if he wants to come back to power. It is calculated that if Bushra is targeted, Imran will compromise and withdraw for fear of being left alone. Let's see if this calculation is correct or not.

- Bushra's special friend Farah Gogi would arrange to meet Imran

Farid Manek has alleged that Imran and Bushra had physical relations even when Bushra did not divorce him. Bushra used to go to Imran's flat and used to party and alleged that her friend Farah Gogi was helping her. Farah Gogi, who is already in the limelight due to allegations of amassing wealth of crores through corruption, has come under fire due to Farid's allegations.

This special friend of Bushra popularly known as Farah Gogi is Farhat Shahzadi. Nawaz Sharif's Pakistan Muslim League MP Iqbal Gujjap's son Ahsan Jamil's wife Farah has a daughter and a son. Farah's family lives in the UK while Farah keeps going back and forth to Pakistan for political brokering. Farah's father Mohammad Hussain was also a politician and currently lives abroad.

Ahsan Jamil was related to the Manek family. When Jamil fell ill in 2010, Manek went to the family for his treatment. At that time Gogi and Bushra became friends. Farah and Imran already had a relationship so Farah introduced Bushra to Imran Khan. They would also make arrangements so that both could meet in private. When Imran became the Prime Minister, Gogi benefited immensely and Gogi has amassed wealth worth crores. A case has been filed against him now.

- Plot to hang Bushra for adultery

In the wake of Khawar's petition, there are rumors that Bushra is being tried to create fear by giving death sentence. These things are not without mouth and head because there is already a case that Imran-Bushra did not follow the Iddat in Nikah. Muhammad Hanif has applied in the Islamabad court that according to Islamic law, a woman cannot remarry for a maximum of 128 days after she divorces her husband or dies.

The duration of Iddat varies according to circumstances but in most cases it is three months i.e. three menstrual cycles (months). A man cannot remarry for three months after divorce.

If a woman remarries without completing this period of Iddat, that marriage will be invalid. In Islam, if a woman lives with a man or has physical relations without nikah, it is considered zina, which means adultery. If an unmarried woman commits adultery, the punishment is one hundred lashes, while if a married woman commits adultery, the punishment is death by stoning.

If it is proved that Bushra did not observe Iddat, then Bushra will be married. Bushra could be convicted of adultery by having sex with Imran despite being married and could face the death penalty.
