The forest cry of Himachal.

On the complaint of the Himachal government, the central team came to find the 'crack in the water'. This time the massive demos have made their work so deadly during the heavy rains that the condition of every place in Himachal is telling how the circumstances have changed. In addition to Pang and Pandoh dams, negligence in dams of Malana-2 and Parvati-3 power projects has not only added to the problems, but has left no stone unturned in making the disaster in Himachal terrifying. Surprisingly, an early warning system was installed in only two projects, coal dam and Nathpa Zakari project, while in other places such instructions were not followed. This disaster has now become frequent in Himachal Pradesh. The glaciers that are in the upper reaches do not allow Himachal to drink anymore.

What we know as climate change conditions are present here now. Negligence in dam security engulfed Saij Bazar, while unprepared water released from Pang Dam wreaked havoc in the area. The surge of the river, which reached the submerged temples of the city of Mandi, made the citizens panic. All these projects are against the social scenario of Himachal and the public acts as a watchdog to prevent dam anger. In fact, the dam has the pre-determined task of drawing water to its full capacity for Himachal, but now its goals create a water border contrary to the lives of the people of Himachal. It became the government's compulsion that all the disaster water belongs to Himachal, the flood belongs to the state and the work belongs to other states.

The bonds that take away the peace of life are no longer very faithful. The Irrigation and Water Management Department of the state is a living example of disregard for state rights. A mere glimpse of water cesses and the attitude of BBMB partner states shows that those who tie up water only want to hold Himachal hostage. The opposition of Himachal says that what kind of rule and what kind of national plank is this, who, despite breaking the barriers, do not see that these bricks of nation building are attacking by hiding a knife somewhere.

This natural disaster has shown Himachal where the devil of development was hiding. It certainly came as an accident, but instead of building it up, dams and power projects left it open to destruction. After filling the dams the authorities change the direction of rain winds, they are strong, so they draw water and flood us. Not only that, this time enmity has arisen between the waters. 13000 crores of agricultural waste in Himachal due to Himachal water, so it is not a national loss, but when it flows and reaches the neighboring states, the feeling of pain changes. No one has control over the weather, but the sentiment of the nation should not be dampened by the trend of water.

Himachal's duty is not only to fill the dam with water and if this is the explanation then buy all the rain and say that the clouds do not just rain, they share the weather together. However, years later, the Center accepted the request wholeheartedly, which shed tears like a mountain. If water distribution depends on rainfall patterns, how will the country know how Himachal's Rs 13,000 crore worth of waste can be distributed? No one will take part in it. This reflects the hypocrisy of those states on water related water cess, who see the spirit of restructuring of Punjab as only in their own interests. The economic capacity of Himachal regarding the completion and leasing of the Shannon Dam project should also be examined.

Himachal is an example. In fact the states of India have gradually become like an island i.e. fighting with their own problems by themselves. This situation is a new challenge to the sovereignty of a united India. Neighboring states want the water of Himachal but no one wants to participate in its crisis. This is a different kind of dispute than the Cauvery river in the south. At least you are always bound to be on the side of the state whose administration or the sweet fruits of natural resources you enjoy. Without morality, inter-state relations cannot survive.
