Talk of Delhi: Purification of Assembly, Soft Hindutva of Congress

New Delhi: Congress has started implementing soft Hindutva as soon as it forms the government in Karnataka. As a part of it, the Congress leaders cleaned the assembly building by sprinkling Ganga water and cow urine. Congress leaders recited Hanuman Chalisa after havan-poojan and said that the BJP has polluted the assembly with its corruption and hence it is necessary to clean it.

The Congress made an issue of the BJP government's corruption in the elections in Karnataka. The Karnataka Congress had released a 'corruption rate card' detailing the scams of the ruling BJP government, alleging that the BJP government had looted Rs 1.50 lakh crore. In Karnataka, the rate of becoming a Chief Minister is 2500 crore rupees and the rate of ministerial post is 500 crore rupees. Congress has now used the issue of corruption to play the soft Hindutva card.

Congress's strategy is to win the next assembly elections with soft Hindutva against BJP's anti-Muslim Hindutva.

Outrage against nonsense of Rs 15 lion medal

Former Indian Wrestling Federation President Brijbhushan Sharan Singh's comments about wrestlers winning medals for the country are being slammed on social media. Singh said that the value of the medal won by the wrestlers is not more than 15 rupees. Along with the medals, the wrestlers should also return the crores of rupees the government spent on their training. People are questioning why the BJP leader is silent against Brijbhushan who is talking such nonsense.

Bajrang Punia strongly reacted to Brijbhushan's statement regarding the Rs 15 medal and said that this is an insult not only to the medal but also to the tricolor, the national flag of the country. When we win medals, we walk around with tricolors on our heads.

People are supporting Punia's words. People are even joking that if Brijbhushan has the strength, he should win a medal of Rs 15.

A plan to incite terrorism in Manipur

After a few days of peace in Manipur, the central government is shocked by the outbreak of violence again. There are apprehensions that a conspiracy to incite terrorism through violence is being carried out in Manipur.

In the latest incident of violence, rioters torched several empty houses in the New Lambulen area of the capital Imphal. Miscreants set fire to several houses following a dispute between the Meitei and Kuki communities over an issue in the local market. Many houses were destroyed in this fire. Following the violence, the government had to send the army and impose a curfew in the area. Internet has also been banned by the government till May 26.

More than 10,000 people have been displaced and 74 killed in violence in Manipur earlier this month. On May 3, clashes erupted in violence when a tribal unity march was organized by the All Tribal Students Union.

When Shekhawat's name was mentioned, the BJP got involved

To attract the Rajput community, which is considered the largest vote bank in Rajasthan, the BJP has started passing the name of former vice president late Bhairo Singh Shekhawat, who was the chief minister of Rajasthan three times. On the other hand, Congress has made Shekhawat's last days' video viral and BJP's condition has become dire.

Shekhawat, one of the founding members of BJP, died in May 2010. On his death last week, all top BJP leaders from the state, including Vasundhara Raje, state BJP president CP Joshi, Union Minister Gajendra Singh Shekhawat and Leader of Opposition Rajendra Rathore, flocked to Khachariawas, Shekhawat's ancestral village, to pay their respects.

Shekhawat's nephew Pratap Singh Khachariawas is the Food and Civil Supplies Minister of Rajasthan. He has shared a video of Shekhawat in which Shekhawat is saying that the BJP government has given Rs. A scam of 22,000 crores has been committed. Ashok Gehlot should investigate this scam.

The UP Police had also earlier claimed that the three shooters who killed Atiq had confessed that they got Jiga's pistol from the Gogi gang. Lawrence is also said to have claimed that he had sent Goldie Brar Rs 50 lakh through hawala.

Congress will not touch Bajrang Dal now

When the Congress won the Karnataka Assembly elections and Siddaramaiah has also become the Chief Minister, now the question is whether Bajrang Dal will be banned or not. When Siddaramaiah was asked about banning Bajrang Dal after the swearing-in ceremony as Chief Minister, he said that action will be taken against all political groups that spread hatred. Irrespective of the religion these organizations belong to, if they spread hatred, action will be taken against them. The Bajrang Dal has warned that there will be a massive movement if the ban is imposed.

Political analysts are of the view that the Congress government will not choose to impose a ban as the people of Karnataka have rejected the influence of the Bajrang Dal. Even though Modi himself raised the issue of Bajrang Dal, the people did not take notice of it, even Congress will not give much importance to Bajrang Dal. This is why Siddaramaiah has adopted a cautious stance.
