Britain is affected by the strike.

- Fed-up Sunak to bring anti-strike law: After nurses, now ambulancemen to go on strike

- More than a million transport workers, train drivers, teachers, postal workers, along with ambulance workers in Britain will go on strike so most services will come to a standstill. There is also opposition to the fact that Sunak, tired of frequent strikes, is enacting an anti-strike law.

Britain has been on strike for the past two months. Nurses have gone on strike for the last two days, now the ambulance workers have announced to go on strike for 10 days. One of Britain's largest labor unions, Unite National, has announced that ambulance workers will go on strike for 10 days in the coming weeks.

The union claims that along with ambulance workers, employees associated with transportation services, train drivers, teachers, postal employees will also join the strike, so more than one million employees will go on strike. As other small sector employees may also join the strike, most of the services will come to a standstill.

Inflation has become rampant in Britain and the inflation rate has crossed 10 percent. On the contrary, the salary does not increase, the work increases so the stress also increases. Tired of the remaining strikes, Prime Minister Rishi Sunak has prepared to make an anti-strike law. Due to this, employees and workers are more agitated.

Even if a strike is legally declared under this anti-strike law, not all employees can go on strike. Anti-strike legislation introduced in Parliament empowers the government to take necessary steps to maintain 'enforce minimum service levels' in essential public services. This means, even during a strike in any public service, the number of employees must be present so that people do not suffer. Rather the government will compel these employees-workers to attend. An employee or worker who does not believe will lose all rights. The unions say that this provision is infringing on the rights of the workers and hence it should not be implemented. While the unions are preparing for a fierce fight against it, the ministers of the Sunak government are working to add fuel to the fire by making outrageous statements. There have been statements from Sunak's party that the ambulance workers are endangering the lives of patients by going on strike and in a way murdering them. The Labor Party, which opposes Sunak's Conservative Party, is against the law because its vote bank is workers and employees. He says that the government cannot stop the inflation and does not increase the salary in proportion to the rising inflation. On the contrary, by increasing the working hours, employees are being tortured mentally. It is affecting their lives and those people are committing suicide. This political recrimination will continue because Britain's economic condition is bad. Sunak has just come to power, but the previous governments have caused inflation to spiral out of control due to the dirty laundry. Controlling inflation will take time. Meanwhile, the government is unable to increase the salaries, so the strike will continue. Even if the Sunak government enacts a law, it cannot stop the strike.

America-Britain face to face over anti-strike law issue

Due to Sunak government's anti-strike law, America and Britain are also at loggerheads. The Sunak government has claimed that its anti-strike law has received global support. Both the United Nations and the US have raised objections against it.

Sunk claimed that the United Nations agency for workers' rights, the International Law Organization, favors a 'minimum service level'. The ILO has asked to distance itself from the issue. America has considered Britain's proposed law against workers' rights. On the other hand, the British government has retaliated by saying that America should not advise us because there are stricter laws in force in America than this law.

The virus also strikes in France

In France, the government doubles with the burden of pensions: everything will stop after January 31

- Most people in cold European countries live more than 90 years so the government has to pay pension for at least 28 years to those who work for 42 years. Due to this, the conflict is becoming more expensive for the government. 40 percent of the government's money goes to pension, so the government has doubled.

Most of the European countries are in bad economic condition. Due to this, strikes and demonstrations are going on. France has now been added to this list.

In France, angry people have taken to the streets after President Macron's government decided to reform pension rules. More than 1 million people gathered in the capital city of Paris and held fierce demonstrations amid the snowfall.

The unions have also given an ultimatum to the government that if the pension reforms are not withdrawn by January 31, the employees will go on strike and stop all services. President Macro has also come forward. He has also announced that this pension reform will not be withdrawn. As both the parties rise to power, France has become hot in winter.

The debate over pension reform in France has been going on for the past four years. Even when the government announced to bring this pension reform in 2019, people came out on the streets. At that time, when Corona came, the government announced to postpone the implementation of changes in pension rules. As soon as the corona virus has gone, the government has started to face the challenge of reforms. The main issue in the pension reform is to increase the service years of the employees. At present, the rule in France is that if you want to get a pension as a government employee, you have to work for 42 years or until you reach the age of 62. The macro government wants to change it to 43 years of work or 64 years of age. According to the macro government, the retirement age for civil servants in all major European countries is above 65 years. In Germany, the age limit is 67 years. In these circumstances, if 64 years are done in France, there is nothing wrong, but the unions have objected. However, the bottom line is that the government cannot afford the pension burden.

People live longer in colder European countries. Most people live more than 90 years. Due to this, the government has to pay pension for at least 28 years to those who have worked for 42 years. Due to this, the conflict is becoming more expensive for the government. Out of the amount that the government pays to the employees, 40 percent of the amount goes to pension, so the government has doubled. Unions acknowledge that the pension burden is high. They also have a solution to reduce this burden. All households receive a pension under Social Security in France. Unions argue that the government should reduce the pensions of the rich, high-ranking officials or other wealthy people. He also has no objection to the government increasing the age limit of pension. In return, they demand that the government increase the benefits. Macro is firm now but looks set to compromise by raising benefits in exchange for raising the retirement age, given massive opposition.

- Five types of social security in France

In France, people get five types of social security from the government. Five benefits are given to all citizens namely sickness, old age or retirement, accident at work, work-related disease and family pension. France has for years accepted the principle that the government is responsible for the health and well-being of any individual. Along with this, the government also has the responsibility of providing employment to the people. Due to this everyone gets medical facility and pension.

Every tax payer is required to contribute to this fund. People whose income is not taxable are exempted from contributing to funds other than medical funds.
