A plan to use robots in the Indian Army

The use of robot dogs is also going to start

The US used robots to detect and defuse explosives in Iraq

Ever since the modernization of robots, there has been a lot of talk that India is considering using robots in all three wings of its military. Due to this, precious lives of army personnel can be saved. A robot equipped with modern technology will be able to keep an eye on the attackers of the country's soldiers who are sitting in a tent or hiding elsewhere and can also guide the robot when it is in the front line. There is still no public discussion on whether India wants to bring robots into the army, but the government is now considering the use of robots. In Europe, robots are being used as waiters or in hospitals. Robots designed with the help of artificial intelligence can destroy the enemy and can withstand the blows of the enemy.

Robots are widely used in the automobile industry. But they are robotic machines. Ever since the use of robots has increased, robots have been thought to be used in jobs where humans take risks. As there is a fire somewhere, there is a demand to send robots instead of humans in the midst of the flames as it can save human lives. The use of robot dogs is also going to start. It can be kept for security. It is more active and lively than a live dog as it is fitted with sensors and electronic systems. The system of the robot is such that it can be controlled remotely. When robots are used in the army, the entire system of war will change and the use of humans will be reduced.

Artificial Intelligence (AI) has to be developed for military work. There is a huge difference between a robot working at the border and a robot working in a hotel. Germany and France are ready for the use of robots in the army, America is also advocating for the use of robots. Germany has announced that it will start the robot-driven fighter jet Eurodrone ("Eurodrone") from 2040. The robot can be operated using an application built into the robot. The Defense Research and Development Organization (DRDO) has developed a number of robots, including wall-jumping and water-swimming robots. In places like Ladakh with minus 30 degrees, deployment of robots can save human casualties. The robot can be positioned at any height and due to the camera fitted in it, the movement on the hills can be easily detected.

Research on how to use robots in the military is known as RoboSen. A six-legged robot is also being researched. India is not far behind in the race for robots, but as India has not used advanced technology for robots, it cannot be deployed immediately in the army. Major companies are taking initiatives to increase the use of robots in fields other than the military. Modern research such as artificial intelligence, use of five-G, robotic process automation, quantum technology, advanced materials, advanced computing, semiconductor technology, hyper sonic technology, blockchain technology etc. become important for robots to be used in the army.

Domain awareness technology is used to understand what is going on under the sea. It is believed that the market for the use of robots in the military will be 24 billion dollars in 2025. The US used robots to detect and defuse explosives in Iraq. Which are known as Explosively Formed Projectiles. 125 startups are working in defense sector in India. It is worth imagining what the fight would be like if there were robots in the front line of the army.
