Vacancies in private schools.

The percentage of enrollment in government schools across Gujarat has gone up in the new academic session starting. This year, people who have been studying in private schools in previous years have also taken admission in government schools. Based on this, there is an atmosphere of enthusiasm among different groups in government schools. In some districts, education inspectors and education officials have even announced that their self-esteem has been enhanced. The fact is that fee standards in private schools have become so high that even the middle and upper middle class can no longer afford them. So after much deliberation, thousands of families in the state have decided to enroll their children in government schools. In the same way that classrooms in private pharmacy and engineering colleges have become vacant, the number of vacancies per class in private schools has also started increasing.

The state government's recent efforts to improve the quality of government schools have paid off, as the government has made a number of changes to the way primary schools are run. Direct monitoring of every government primary school has started from Gandhinagar. In addition to the students who are lagging behind due to the weekly testing method - slow learners - but now the bright students in the curriculum are starting to run parallel. The government has simultaneously upgraded the quality of education in government schools in all the villages of the state by adapting teachers to a specific system of work. The banknote ban and GST were such a big 'achievement' of the previous NDA government that a large community of parents has not yet come out of its shock. Then Corona's silence was added. In some industrial producing cities like Vadodara, Vapi, Mehsana, Rajkot in the state, the artisans and workers laid off by their companies have not been rehabilitated yet. That is why there is no possibility of restructuring the old economic structure of families after the previous government dismantled it. Even in the last budget of the central government, big industries have been discriminated against and Sitaram has not expressed any sympathy towards small and medium enterprises.

The educational budget of families across Gujarat is higher than the average of other states in the country. There are millions of families in Gujarat who educate their children by tying the knot, but now the fee structure of private educational institutions is going up to such an extent that despite such austerity measures cannot be reached. On the other hand, the total income of the family which was two-three years ago has also come down drastically. As a result, government school education for primary and secondary students is now considered sweet by the middle class for economic reasons. On the other hand, in government primary schools, the entire staff is fully qualified. They have been selected from a long process. In contrast, in private primary schools, graduates of any discipline are given jobs and PTC or B.Ed. Teachers who have not gone through such vocational training programs handle the work of private schools for very low salaries.

In order to educate their children through the dormitory system, many parents considered it a privilege to place them in large complexes in big cities from the very beginning. This too has now come to an end. Parents of Gujarat have now become advocates of teaching students in front of their eyes at home. As a result, private educational complexes with huge constructions on almost all the highways of the state are also starting to become vacant. Various religious institutions of the state are also very active in this type of educational industry. For them too, increasing the number of students has now become a big challenge. The huge wave of recruitment that once swept the state's private education sector has now subsided. Even private school administrators are well aware of this. So now he too has started extending his branches towards the countryside. Even so, owning one is still beyond the reach of the average person.
