Is there a fear of rain?

The Lokotsav of Bhim Agiyaras is passing without rain in Gujarat. Throughout the last century, today has been the day of sowing. This year there seems to be no correlation between the Panchag-wise monsoon and the celestial monsoon. Apart from the country's capital Delhi, Haryana, Punjab and Rajasthan are scorching hot and humid. While in East India and Bihar there is a situation that if a little more rain comes then there will be floods. The Indian Meteorological Department had said a week ago that the southern monsoon would move fast, but it had faded as it reached Karnataka. Mumbai's first rains are the gift of Kerala's monsoon. The rest of northwest India is not likely to receive rains due to the slow south winds. There are rumors that monsoon rains will fall in the country this time. In Gujarat, farmers with little irrigation capacity have taken risks and planted in advance. Crop rotation is negligible in the state, as cash crops are not immune to the lure of cotton and groundnut.

The rain clouds have not yet reached the skies of Delhi, Haryana, parts of Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan and Punjab. Thus, before the twelfth of June, the splendor of the sky on that side should be enhanced. In Gujarat, clouds like the army of elephants seldom rise in the shadows of the coast and disappear again with drizzle. The heat is so intense that it is difficult for the masses to pass the afternoon. The meteorological department said the monsoon had weakened due to westerly winds in Central Asia. The monsoon has stopped because the northeast winds are not moving. However the time for the easterly winds really begins now. There will still be no rain in Delhi, Haryana and Punjab for ten days.

However, Coromoro never lives in India in June. As on June 30 last year, North-West India received more than 10 per cent rainfall. Central India received more than 15% rainfall and South India received more than 4% rainfall. The meteorological department has said that there is still a possibility of heat and hot weather in Chandigarh, Delhi, Rajasthan and western Uttar Pradesh. This time the death toll from the heatwave in India and Pakistan has reached a record high. The paradox is that in eastern India, Bihar, Sikkim, Bengal and other northeastern states received heavy rainfall last month. Where there is rain, there is heavy rain. The fields have been washed away. So farmers in other regions are waiting for rains for sowing. Roads have deteriorated where there is a lot of rain and people in Delhi are thirsty for rain water.

All agricultural products are being adversely affected. Some industries are also slowing down due to insufficient rainfall. There is no doubt that we have not been very successful in fighting the heavy rains or adverse conditions of the seasons. Even when there is heavy rainfall we have many economic or commercial effects and even when there is low rainfall we cannot collect enough water. This often involves connecting rivers or introducing new technology into the canal. Collectively, farmers and their allies in various local fields should consider how to divert excess water from farms to dry lakes or rivers. On the other hand, areas with heat and heat should also have the necessary facilities.

What can be done to relieve people? How to avoid water scarcity? Excessive heat and heat also increase the incidence of diseases caused by the atmosphere, then people have been given enough awareness, right? Is the hospital fully prepared? In India, which has a rainy season, people should get the education they need at the primary level so that they can keep pace with the seasons. The cycle of the seasons has changed, but people are unaware of it. That is why the farmers of the country have sown hastily in millions of hectares. Now there is concern for them. There is still a lesson to be learned from last year's Tout hurricane. The coastal climate of South Saurashtra is now similar to that of Andhra Pradesh, where there is a risk of thunderstorms every monsoon. For this, the government needs to set up a permanent system in the riparian areas of Jafrabad-Una-Pipavav.
