Opposition against Kamal Nath's entry into the BJP

NEW DELHI: Fierce protests have erupted against the possible BJP entry of former Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Kamal Nath and his MP son Nakul Nath. In Madhya Pradesh, Jyotiraditya Scindia and Narendra Singh Tomar are not in harmony but both have united to oppose Kamal Nath. BJP leaders from Delhi, Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan and Punjab are also opposing Kamal Nath. He says that if Kamal Nath joins the BJP because of the bad role he played in the anti-Sikh riots after the assassination of Indira Gandhi, it may have a bad impact on the 55 seats in the Lok Sabha as the Sikhs will be disaffected with the BJP. BJP wants to take Kamal Nath for Chhindwara seat of Madhya Pradesh so that it can clean sweep in Madhya Pradesh. BJP leaders say that it is not worth taking the risk of upsetting Sikh voters, who are crucial in 25 seats to win one seat.

Personnel Board advises BSP-Congress to unite

Muslim Personal Law Board's Uttar Pradesh President Hafeez Noor Ahmad Azhari has indirectly hinted that if the Congress and Mayawati's BSP join hands, Muslims may abandon Akhilesh Yadav and support him. Azhari expressed his displeasure against Akhilesh Yadav on the issue of Jaya Bachchan's return to the Rajya Sabha and said that Muslims are given small positions in the SP but when it comes to sending them to the Legislative Council or the Rajya Sabha, Akhilesh's family members and Jaya Bachchan are remembered.

Azhari advised Rahul Gandhi to join hands with BSP instead of talking about alliance in the Lok Sabha election with Akhilesh, saying that if Rahul Gandhi has to meet, then BSP should meet. The Congress leader believes that Karin Azhari has indirectly signaled that Muslims are ready to support the Congress-BSP alliance.

Maurya is ready to go to Congress but opposes Rai

Swamiprasad Maurya, who resigned from the post of Samajwadi Party General Minister, is rumored to be joining the Congress. Maurya has already discussed this issue with Rahul Gandhi, but as the state president Ajay Rai is against taking Maurya, the situation is confused. Maurya himself has offered the Congress the responsibility of winning at least three seats in the Lok Sabha. Maurya, who has fallen out with BSP and BJP, has also offered to make the Congress alliance with Mayawati, but Ajay Rai is not impressed by this.

Rai believes that Maurya's anti-Hindu statements will wipe the Congress clean with his entry into the Congress. Rai believes that since Maurya's daughter is with the BJP, Maurya is actually harming the opposition by becoming an agent of the BJP. Maurya's daughter Sanghmitra is a BJP MP. Maurya should first convince the opposition by getting Sanghmitra to resign from the BJP.

KCR will be arrested in a corruption case

Former Chief Minister of Telangana K. Congress sources claim that the arrest warrant is ready for Chandrasekhar Rao in the corruption case. The Congress Revanth Reddy government has started an investigation after the CAG report revealed that large-scale corruption has been committed in the Kaleswaram Lift Irrigation Scheme. In this investigation, KCR will be arrested at any time if it is revealed that corruption was done primarily on the instructions of KCR.

Corruption in the Kaleswaram Lift Irrigation Scheme has given the Congress a big issue ahead of the Lok Sabha elections. In the assembly elections, the Congress dealt a crushing blow to the Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) by raising the issue of KCR's family corruption. Now with the addition of this new issue, it is expected that BRS will be cleared in the Lok Sabha elections as well. The leaders of BRS have already guessed this, so the leaders have already left BRS and started moving towards Congress.

Ramesh active to bring Azad back to Congress

As the National Conference's alliance with the BJP in Jammu and Kashmir is seen to be ripe, the Congress has started efforts to bring back Ghulamani Azad to undermine its influence. Before the Lok Sabha elections, leaders including Jairam Ramesh have been activated to merge the Democratic Progressive Azad Party with the Congress or have an electoral alliance with it.

Azad has denied returning to the Congress but a leader close to him admits that internal talks are ongoing.

Azad left the Congress in August 2022 to form his own new party, which is believed to have a strong influence in the Jammu region. Azad has influence in Doda, Kishtwar, Baderwah, Poonch areas south of Pir Panjal in Jammu. If the National Conference comes with the BJP and on the other hand the anti-BJP votes are divided, the BJP will benefit, so the Congress has been active in bringing Azad back.

MLAs absent in vote of confidence, you worry

The Arvind Kejriwal government has won the vote of confidence in the Delhi Assembly, but due to the absence of 5 Aam Aadmi Party MLAs, infiltration has started. There are claims that these 5 MLAs are in touch with BJP.

Kejriwal tried to blow the talk by claiming that some of these MLAs are sick and some are out of town, but AAP is also worried about the absence of six MLAs. Kejriwal is also said to have slapped the absent MLAs.

There are 70 MLAs in the Delhi Assembly, of which AAP has 62 MLAs. As 2 MLAs are currently in jail, Kejriwal should have got 59 votes excluding the Speaker during the trust vote but he got only 54 votes. Kejriwal wanted to send a message that Aam Aadmi Party is strong by taking the vote of confidence before the Lok Sabha elections, but due to the absence of 5 MLAs, questions have been raised.
