Lagna Lagna bachelor Nitish Kumar again danced with BJP

- With Taj Poshi, Nitish Kumar has proved himself as the greatest Taksadhu and Palturam in the history of independent India.

- Nitish is giving the shock treatment to both RJD and BJP simultaneously as he knows that unless either of them get a clear majority, they cannot get away without holding themselves together. BJP and RJD cannot come together while Nitish does not care to sit with anyone. Both the RJD and the BJP cannot survive without power, so they have to accept Nitish as the leader.

Another fortune played out in the politics of Bihar and Nitish, a bachelor after marriage, got married again and became a bridegroom again and fell out with the BJP. Till yesterday, Nitish was sitting as Chief Minister with the support of Lalu Prasad Yadav's Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD). Until yesterday, RJD and Congress leaders were dancing for Nitish Kumar's life. On Sunday, the scene changed but the groom remained Nitish, only Janaiya changed. Nitish Lagi, who used to lash out at BJP, danced for Nitish's life and RJD-Congress kept watching.

This fate played out in Bihar politics is certainly interesting but not unexpected or shocking at all because it was certain that Nitish Kumar is going to shake the RJD and fall back into the BJP's fold at any time. The question was when Nitish will do the new Natra and it happened on Sunday. Ending the speculations that have been going on for the past few days, Nitish Kumar resigned from the post of Chief Minister on Sunday morning and immediately claimed to form the government with the support of the BJP. Bihar Governor Rajendra Arlekar gave the nod to Nitish to form the government and at five o'clock in the evening, Nitish Kumar returned to the post of Chief Minister.

With this coronation, Nitish Kumar has proved himself as the greatest Taksadhu and Palturam in the history of independent India. From Vidyacharan Shukal to Ajit Singh to Ram Vilas Paswan, there have been many leaders in India who did not think of overturning power. All these leaders were clever in enjoying power by filling in the wings of those who had power, so they continued to enjoy ministerial posts in central or state governments for years.

Nitish Kumar has proved to be the father of all these Palturam leaders as no leader in India has managed to change color and stay in the post of Chief Minister like Nitish. Nitish Kumar has been at the center of power in Bihar since 2005. After Nitish became the Chief Minister for the second time in 2005, from May 20, 2014 to February 22, 2015, for 278 days i.e. nine months and one week, except when Jitanram Manjhi became the Chief Minister, Tish Kumar has been the Chief Minister for the rest of the time.

Nitish has been in power for more than 17 years out of 18 years since the November 2005 Bihar assembly elections. Although Nitish Kumar did not get a clear majority in any of these elections, the reason why Nitish remained as the Chief Minister for 18 years was his ability to put principles aside and change sails depending on the wind. In India, Nitish has remained in power by changing allies with a quality that even leaders like Manata Bhajanlal and Devilal, the ideals of Palturamo, would be ashamed.

When Nitish Kumar became the Chief Minister of Bihar for the first time in 2000, he lasted only seven days because he did not have a majority. Made with the support of BJP when he became Chief Minister for the second time in 2005. Even in 2010, Nitish was on the throne with the support of BJP, but in the 2014 Lok Sabha election, Narendra Modi was made the prime ministerial candidate by BJP. Nitish had 115 members in the 243-member assembly at that time, so he did not need the support of any major party.

Nitish was also cleared in BJP's 2014 Lok Sabha polls. Nitish showed timing and joined forces with Lalu Prasad Yadav and came back to power after winning the 2015 elections. Nitish was the first gulant. In 2017, Tejashwi Yadav was named in a corruption case and Nitish left the RJD and joined the BJP again. This alliance lasted till 2022 and then Nitish suddenly reversed and went back to the RJD side. Now, he has cast Gulant for the fourth time by sidelining Tejaswi.

It has to be admitted that Nitish Gulantbaji has proved to be a big player in the political debate. After 2015, Nitish has become the Chief Minister twice with the support of RJD and twice with the support of BJP. Even though the seats of RJD and BJP are much more than JDU both times, they have to accept Nitish as Chief Minister, the same thing is a proof of the ability of Nitish's campaign. Nitish was the Big Brother when Nitish and BJP joined hands to break the dominance of Lalu Prasad Yadav in Bihar politics but gradually the situation changed. In successive elections, the seats of Nitish's JDU (erstwhile Samata Party) have gradually declined while the seats of the BJP have increased. Because of that now

BJP is playing the role of big brother in Bihar.

BJP is known to eat allies once it gets stronger. Nitish knows that the BJP will do the same in Bihar as it gradually becomes stronger, but Nitish also knows that he will have to hold his position until the BJP gets a clear majority. Nitish is taking full advantage of it.

Nitish is giving both the RJD and the BJP the shock treatment simultaneously as he knows that unless either of them get a clear majority, they will not be able to stand together. BJP and RJD cannot come together while Nitish does not care to sit with anyone. Both the RJD and the BJP cannot survive without power, so they have to accept Nitish as the leader.

Nitish's rant is not the last. There is no reason to believe that Nitish will maintain a lasting friendship with the BJP. Back to RJD-Congress side for future power

But can fill and do something new.

BJP said that, Nitish nak ragatte aye fir bhi dosti nahi karenge...

Both Nitish and BJP leaders have provided an example of how politicians do not think twice about licking spit. When Nitish left the BJP and formed the government with the RJD, he said that there is no question of sitting with the BJP again in this life. I would rather die than join BJP. Nitish spit on himself

Licking has filled the BJP's side.

The BJP leaders also shouted that they will never support Nitish from now on. Sushil Kumar Modi, who was the Deputy Chief Minister in Nitish's government for a long time, had said till then that BJP will not join hands with Nitish Kumar at any time and at any cost. Sushil said in Hindi that, Nitish rubs his nose on our chaukhat huo ayeng fir bhi hum un ka saath nahi denge.

Given that Sushil Modi made this statement in July 2023, hardly six months have passed. Nitish has not rubbed his nose against the BJP, but the BJP has installed him as the Chief Minister with a green light. Other BJP leaders also left no stone unturned to vilify Nitish Kumar, but the same leader is currently dancing with Nitish as his groom.

New political culture in India, jockeying for power common

Nitish Kumar's fate in Bihar has made clear the extent to which political principles and values have changed. Two decades ago, there would have been an uproar if a leader was overthrown in this way, but now everyone is acting as if nothing has happened. The reason for this is that political gerrymandering has become commonplace and a political culture has emerged in India where power is paramount, not principles or ideologies.

This culture is a debt of BJP because in states where BJP itself does not win, it sabotages the opposition and brings the governments together and forms its own government. BJP has successfully played this game in states including Karnataka, Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra. BJP was not successful in Rajasthan, Delhi etc. but in Bihar, BJP has succeeded in diverting Nitish from RJD and turning Nitish back towards them.
