500 Crore Assets, Officer Shiva Breaks Corruption Records

- There is talk that the property Shiva Balakrishna received from there actually belonged to former Telangana Chief Minister Ketiramarao, it is possible that KTR will be arrested

- The raid on Shiva Balakrishna there has created a political uproar as Shiva, former Chief Minister of Telangana K. Chandrasekhar Rao's son and former minister KT Rama Rao was a trusted official. ACB got a further shock seeing that 100 mobile phones were found with Balakrishna. Seeing that these mobile phones were back on, the officials were also in a hurry to know what business Shiva Balakrishna was doing. The question is why did Balakrishna need so many mobiles when even the bookies who take bets on cricket matches do not get hundreds of mobiles.

A raid by the Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) on an officer named Shiva Balakrishna in Telangana has created a stir as evidence has been found that Balakrishna had illegally amassed assets worth over Rs 500 crore. Some time ago Congress MP from Jharkhand Dheeraj Sahu received cash worth around 400 crore rupees when he was raided there. Everyone was stunned to see the truckload of cash found at the Congress leader's house, after Balakrishna revealed the details of the red lying there, the people are in the same condition as they have received a much larger sum from Balakrishna.

Shiva Balakrishna's raid there has also created a stir politically as Shiva Balakrishna, former Chief Minister of Telangana K. Chandrasekhar Rao's son and former minister KT Rama Rao was a trusted official.

Courtesy of KT Rama Rao Shiva Balakrishna has been holding the cushy post of Director at Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority (HDMA) for five years.

Even before the assembly elections, the KCR government made Shiva Balakrishna the Secretary of Telangana State RERA and Planning Officer in Metro Rail. Siva Balakrishna is not a senior official, but it is natural to be suspicious given that KTR's government is so fond of him.

After the defeat of KCR's party and the victory of the Congress in the Telangana assembly elections, Revanth Reddy became the Chief Minister only one and a half months ago. After Reddy's government came, ACB has taken the first big hand and taken Siva Balakrishna into the fold, so there is also a discussion that the plan to take KTR into custody is also being prepared.

As KTR was in charge of Hyderabad Municipal Corporation and Urban Development, it is suspected that Balakrishna collected billions of rupees only with KTR's blessings.

There is also talk that the benami assets that Shiva Balakrishna received from there actually belonged to KTR.

Only Rs 84 lakh cash has been received from Balakrishna. 82 lakh rupees in the wealth accumulated by Shiva Balakrishna through corruption is said to be like chana-mamra, but seeing what else has been found, the chest boards of the ACB officials have sat down.

Two kilos of gold and five and a half kilos of silver worth around one and a half crore rupees have been found from Shiva's house. 73 expensive jeweled watches have been found from Balakrishna. Gold, silver or watches are not worth much but the property documents are worth crores, rather billions of rupees.

Documents have been found for a total of 90 acres of land held by Shiva Balakrishna in his own name and in other names.

These lands located in different districts of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana are considered like gold bars. Apart from this, documents of 3 luxurious flats in Hyderabad, one of which is worth 3-4 crore rupees, 3 luxurious villas worth more than 10-10 crore rupees, luxurious farmhouses seen only in movies have also been found.

ACB officials have said that properties worth Rs 500 crore have been found in a superficial manner, but this figure may increase. Balakrishna also found other documents of benami properties from there. ACB officials feel that if the cost figure is calculated, the figure will cross Rs 500 crore. Shiva Balakrishna has already broken the record of accumulating wealth by corruption by an official in India, but looking at the wealth found in his house, it seems that Balakrishna will make a record that will never be broken.

However, ACB got a bigger shock seeing that 100 mobile phones were found with Balakrishna. Seeing that these mobile phones were back on, the officials were also in a hurry to know what business Shiva Balakrishna was doing. The question is why did Balakrishna need so many mobiles when even the bookies who take bets on cricket matches do not get hundreds of mobiles.

The Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority (HDMA) of which Shiva Balakrishna was the director was created to develop the surrounding areas of Hyderabad. HDMA can also be considered as an agency like Auda in Ahmedabad or Suda in Surat, but its work is dizzying.

HDMA can be compared with Delhi National Capital Region (NCR).

The area of entire Ahmedabad is 505 square kilometers, while the area under HDMA is more than 14 times that is 7527 square kilometers.

Hyderabad and surrounding 7 districts, 70 talukas, 1032 villages, Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation area, 40 town panchayats come under its control. The plants of big companies all over the world are established in this area. Projects of big real estate companies not only of India but also of foreign countries are going on.

The outer ring road covering the area of HDMA has been built at a cost of Rs 6700 crore.

HDMA's annual budget for administrative expenditure is Rs 5,500 crore.

Needless to say, KTR had blind faith in Balakrishna as HDMA had to deal with big real estate developers, industrialists, businessmen etc. as its administration was under KTR. In these circumstances, the possibility that Balakrishna was administering on behalf of the KTR family cannot be ruled out.

ACB has picked up Balakrishna and put him in jail. His interrogation will reveal the details of what else is hidden. At the same time, the secret of this mobile phone will also come out, but after seeing so many mobile phones, Balakrishna's business is getting suspicious.

After the police examines this mobile, it will be known where the ends of Shiva Balakrishna are reaching. It will also be known whether the Revanth Reddy government has really taken action against corruption or has taken Balakrishna in the air to exact political revenge and create an issue for the Lok Sabha elections.

IAS Amrapali broke the pot of Balakrishna, it will be the turn of many more

The IAS officer has come under fire following the raid on Shiva Balakrishnan there. Amrapali Kata, a 2010 batch IAS officer, is currently the Joint Metropolitan Commissioner in HDMA. Within a week of Revanth Reddy becoming Chief Minister on December 7, 41-year-old Amrapali Kata was appointed Joint Metropolitan Commissioner in HDMA. The highly glamorous Amrapali is counted among Reddy's closest officials.

Amrapali K. There is talk that Revanth Reddy was asked to submit a report after investigating the corruption in HDMA during Chandrasekhar Rao's regime. After Amrapali took charge on December 16 and submitted a report within a month, the Revanth Reddy government struck the first blow and wrapped up Balakrishna. Based on Amrapali's report, it is believed that other big heads will also be affected.

Amrapali Kata, who studied at IIT Chennai, was on deputation to the central government before returning to Andhra Pradesh.

Katan, who had worked in the Union Cabinet Secretariat, was later posted to the Prime Minister's Office (PMO). Following the request of the Revanth Reddy government after the Telangana assembly elections, he has been sent back to the original cadre.

300 crore property received from UP official

It has happened for the first time that corruption assets of 500 crores have been recovered from an official in India. Earlier, Netram, a former IAS officer of Uttar Pradesh, had found property documents worth Rs 300 crore in an Income Tax raid there. Netram got only cash of Rs 1 crore 64 lakh from there but documents worth crores were found in Mumbai, Kolkata and Delhi. While Netram had four luxury SUVs, a diamond-encrusted Mont Blanc pen worth Rs 50 lakh was also found.

Netram was very close to BSP's Sarvesarva Mayawati. When Mayawati became the Chief Minister in 2002, Temon was very influential. At that time, Netram was the secretary in the Urban Development Department.

Netram's corruption was not noticed by anyone, but it first came to the fore when he disposed of old notes worth Rs 95 crore through shell companies in Kolkata during demonetisation.

After that, in the 2019 Lok Sabha elections, he offered crores to a party for a ticket and got caught by the Income Tax Department.
