In Manipur, the infiltrators are being wiped out under the guise of the court verdict

- 40 deaths related to terrorist activities

- Occasional

- Violent riots started after the Tribal Ekta March taken out by the All Tribal Students Union.

There is a severe fire like situation in Manipur. Last Sunday, 40 people were victims of the riots, while on Monday, five people including the police were killed. 40 people killed on Sunday were involved in terrorist activities. Instead of suppressing the riots, the government needs to find a permanent solution to it. Home Minister Amit Shah is currently in Manipur. Behind everything that is going on in Manipur is a strict action to root out intruders. Preventing intruders is not very easy. Local people have been bullied by these intruders and the smart people of Manipur are seeking help from the police. The fighting between the two groups, the Kukis and Metis, has turned violent. Around 9,000 people have been evacuated to safe places. It appears that the state government is not ready to listen to the problems of the local people.

Local people are hiding in corners to avoid the attackers. How pathetic that children are kept in bed with sleeping pills so that the attackers do not reach them after hearing their child's cry. The fighting between the Metis people living in the Imphal Valley of Manipur and the Kukis living in the hilly areas has become uncontrollable.

As soon as the storm started, the Manipur government shut down Internet services. To briefly understand about Manipur, this state is divided into two parts. One part consists of a hilly area, known as Maiparu Hill, while the other part is known as Imphal Valley. There are 16 districts in Manipur. The area known as Imphal Valley is dominated by Metis. They are Hindus. There are five districts in this valley. The mountainous region is dominated by Naga and Kuki tribal people. Kuki and Naga are Christians. Métis make up 53 percent of the state's population, but own only 10 percent of the land. There are 35 tribal tribes in Manipur. Most of them are Naga and Kuki.

A controversy arose due to a judgment given by the Manipur High Court on April 20. According to this judgment, the Metis community was asked to be included in the Schedule Tribe within four weeks. The court also asked the central government to give its notice.

This was good news for the Metis, as they had no land in the hilly areas of Manipur due to non-Schedule Tribe status.

The violent riots started after the Tribal Ekta March taken out by the All Tribal Students Union. Border states have always had riots between intruders and local people. Outsiders are burdening the local people with needs. Duplicate Aadhaar card, PAN card etc. are easily found by intruders. Such swarms of intruders assert their rights from time to time and in their dominated areas their bully is seen to extremes.

The people of Manipur are calm and gentle in nature. The border state of Manipur is currently in the grip of rioters. Local people are now self-defending. In many areas there is a mini-war like situation.

Amit Shah has no magic wand. The current storms seem to be shaping up according to pre-planning. The infiltrators were further deterred by the initial lethargy of the central government. Opponents of the verdict say that the Metis tribe is modern and cannot be given Schedule Tribe status. The fact is that the Kukis are very poor. They do not have schooling facilities to study. They have no income from agriculture. However, sources say that the infiltrators are being wiped out under the guise of the Schedule Tribe ruling.
