Corporate job crisis.

The situation before Corona was not easy for any youth. Lockdown made those coincidences more challenging. Now Omicron has again created a delayed space, but the youth of the country is going through a special turning point in life. In earlier times, most of the Indian people were lucky and there was so much chance that it seemed that luck was helping, but now even bright talents are seen wandering for chance. As a result of some of the world-famous shocks that the country's economy has endured in the last five years, we have also seen some dysfunctional families, with both father and son looking for jobs together. A father looks for a job in his middle or late years and a son looks for his first job when he steps on the threshold of youth. The condition of a house where both father and son are looking for a job is like an autumn that has come prematurely. On the one hand, children are ready to get married and on the other hand, when the general monthly income stream of the household is drying up, life is exposed in its most brutal form.
Every house has a mother. It means the mother who always believes that tomorrow the golden sun will rise and my son will ride a horse. That is, in return for all his skills, he will get sufficient success by playing. How many mothers in the country when a relative or friend asks what is your son doing these days? At that time, he says from the outside that he is just about to get a job, but at that moment, a single tear falls from his heart. There is a critical shortage of bright youth in the corporate world of the country, but the problem is that the job fitness for the corporate sector among our average bright youth is above zero degrees. There is no trace of corporate culture in the old university curricula. Another unseen problem is in the corporate world, companies don't want to hire young people who learn their business and then start their own venture or move to rival companies.
This is not a belief or a prejudice, the nectar of his experience. People steal dies, copy machine designs, steal the list of foreign companies that are exporting abroad. All these activities are enough to knock down a thriving business. That is why company owners think a lot to give jobs to new youth in their company. A kind of blockade has been created out of such thoughts. There are some companies that don't allow themselves to let a brilliant employee jump in there either. There are many smart companies in Mumbai that let their Dobermans loose to chase their departing executives. Nothing is visible from the outside, but after a while, the retired executive arrives on the road. Such companies love low-paying slaves and fear talent. The job is not easy in the country due to the new trends of recession and the opposite picture is also that there are exemplary people who change jobs three to four times a year and reach high salaries by jumping.
The whole thing is now centered on the individual culture of the young man or woman. If he wants to work, he gets work, but there is no ready work in the country that he wants. Job is a new world and every youth of that world has to take a certain step and make it himself. There is no one by his side, the young man or the young woman is alone in the journey. The days are also almost gone when dad, grandpa or uncle would call and get a job. Like Odysseus, he has to wander by himself and turn the seven seas. Some people have studied abroad and come back home. Yet they are still sitting at home, because degrees are devalued. In the basic introduction, speaking a single sentence will work that degree. That piece of paper has no value in a non-government job, as your potential abilities or competences have to be proved by your performance. If it does not suit your work, there is no job for you in this world.
