Successful Jia is devastated by falling in love with failed Suraj

Ten years ago, a special CBI court in Mumbai acquitted actor Sooraj Pancholi in the suicide case of popular actress Jiah Khan. Sooraj Pancholi, the son of actor Aditya Pancholi, known as the bad boy of Hindi films, and actress Zarina Wahab, was Jia Khan's boyfriend.

With the acquittal of Suraj Pancholi, a high-profile case that has been raging for the last ten years has ended legally, but the question of who is responsible for Jia's suicide remains unanswered.

Many people associated with the film world believe that Jiah Khan was not serious about her film career and instead of taking advantage of the big opportunities she got at a young age, she fell into the fray.

First her name was associated with Shahid Kapoor and then she fell in love with playboys like Sooraj Pancholi, due to which she suffered from depression and had to commit suicide.

If you look at the film career of Jiah Khan, this seems to be true because hardly any actress gets the success that Jiah got at such a young age. When Jiya was just 14 years old, Mukesh Bhatt's film Tum Sa Nahin Dekha was offered. She was supposed to play a strip dancer in this film, but Mukesh Bhatt dropped Jiya as she looked too young.

However, because of this offer, Jia became the talk of the town, so Ramgopal Varma chose Jia for Nishshabd, a film based on Lolita. Jaya was enthralled in the role of a bold teenager who falls in love with her special friend's father and has a physical relationship with him. The film in 2007 won Jia the Best Newcomer award.

After Amitabh Bachchan, Jia got an opportunity opposite Aamir Khan, in Ghajini in 2008, Jia played the role of a medical student. Ghajini's item song Lattu created a sensation. Jia's third film Housefull came in 2010. His hero was Akshay Kumar. Sajid Khan's Housefull was also a super hit.

Jiya, who appeared with three superstars Amitabh Bachchan, Aamir Khan and Akshay Kumar, got a chance to dance before the release of Gaji. Shahid Kapoor was the hero of this film and Ken Dhosh was the director. In 2010, Jiah Khan was suddenly fired from the film when the shooting of this film was near Patwana. Ken Ghosh alleged that because Gianni had become too friendly with Shahid Kapoor, he was losing his life in the work, so he had to replace him with Genelia D'Souza.

Jia did not say anything at that time, but after the film was released and failed at the box office, Jia said that Ken Ghosh had a bad eye on him.

Because of the belief that if an actress talks about sexual harassment in the film industry, people in the film industry have started to run away from her. A top company signed a contract with Jia for three films. Sajid Khan also signed two films with Sajid Mahalfarabaj. Because of Jia's accusations, Sajid broke the contract with her, feeling that the girl could be a threat to him in the future.

Jiya fell in love with Suraj during that period. Jiya started dreaming of settling down with Sooraj. Sooraj was being promoted by superstars including Salman Khan so Jia felt that Sooraj and her future with Sooraj was secure. Because of this, Jia did not pay attention to film career. Soorjan gave Salman Khan a break but it didn't work so the frustration of failure started taking out on Jia.

Suraj was only interested in her body. What else do you expect from Aditya Pancholi's son? There were allegations that Aditya had raped his housemaid. His girlfriend Pooja Bhatt has alleged that Aditya raped his 15-year-old maid. Pooja Bhatt broke off relations with Aditya.

Jaya realizes the reality that Suraj, the son who is the father, also forces Jaya to have an abortion, but by then it is too late.

Jia was clever in studies and was a literature student.

Jia was Aamir Khan's step sister?

There were also rumors of Jia Khan being the half-sister of actor Aamir Khan. Although Jia denied this in an interview in 2007, the reason these rumors continued was said to be Jia's mother Rabia's relationship with Amir's father Tahir Hussain.

Originally from Agra, Rabia was given her first break by Tahir Hussain in Dulha Bikta Hai. This film brought Tahir and Rabia closer. Rabia got films with big stars because of Tahir's recommendation.

However, Rabia was getting small roles so she quit films. In 1986, after marrying American businessman Ali Rizvi Khan, she moved to New York. However, her relationship with Tahir did not end there. Because of this, Zia, born in 1988, is believed to be the daughter of Tahir Hussain. Because of this, fights started between Rabia and Rizvi and Rizvi is said to have left her when Jiya was three years old.

Jia got pregnant a few months before the suicide

After Jiah Khan committed suicide in her flat in Mumbai on 3 June 2013, Jiah's mother Rabia Amin blamed Jiah's poor film career for her daughter's suicide. Rabia said that Jia did not get films, so she committed suicide because of depression. However, the picture changed when Jia's sister found a suicide note written by Jia on June 6, four days after Jia's suicide.

In Jia's 6-page suicide note, Jia mentioned Suraj Pancholi several times. It was mentioned that Suraj was mentally disturbed as he treated her badly. Jia also wrote that she was thinking of committing suicide because of this.

The CBI also claimed in its chargesheet that Jia had become pregnant a few months before the suicide and Suraj had given Jia some drugs for the abortion.

On the basis of this suicide note, Rabia complained and on the basis of Rabia's complaint, a case was registered against Sooraj under section 306 of the IPC accusing Sooraj of forcing actress Jia Khan to commit suicide. Suraj was also jailed but was released on bail within a few months.
