Delhi talk: BJP stunned as Sushil Modi welcomes Anand's release

New Delhi: Controversy over the acquittal of gangster-leader Anand Mohan Singh, who was found guilty of killing an IAS officer in Bihar. BJP is stunned by Sushil Kumar Modi's statement when the opposition including BJP is throwing fish on the Nitish government on this issue. Opposing the release of Anand Mohan, Sushil Modi said that if the law can be changed for respectable people, why not for the poor and Dalits? Most of the people jailed under the prohibition law in Bihar are poor and downtrodden, why is the government not amnestying them and releasing them? Now Sushil Modi has suddenly said that he has no objection to the release of Anand Mohan Singh. A large section of BJP leaders believe that BJP should not oppose the release of Anand Mohan. The Rajput community was demanding the release of Anand Mohan. If BJP opposes the release of Anand Mohan, Rajputs will turn against BJP.

BJP was kept away from Sangh's churning camp

The issue of BJP leaders being kept away from Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh's three-day brainstorming camp in Uttar Pradesh's Vrindavan is under discussion. Sources in the Sangh say that there is a growing feeling in the Sangh that the BJP ignores the Sangh and uses it to win elections. As the issue is being discussed in the churning camp of Sangh campaigners across the country, BJP leaders are not allowed to enter.

The meeting is also discussing about adopting the agenda of Indianness instead of BJP's agenda of Hindutva to expand the Union. The Sangh has brainstormed extensively on the definition of Hindutva and discussed what to do to bring non-Hindu sections who do not align themselves with the ideology of Hindutva with the Sangh. For this, the Sangh is believed to have decided to work seriously on the agenda of 'Indianness'. The meeting has avoided discussing political issues but will discuss strategies to stop conversions.

Corona virus for Digvijay Singh Congress!

Congress leader Digvijay Singh calling himself the coronavirus for the BJP-Sangh is being widely mocked. Madhya Pradesh Minister Tulsiram Silawat said that Digvijay is the Congress's coronavirus. I have prayed to Lord Mahakal of Ujjain that Digvijay Singh may be born in China where the coronavirus originated. In response to that, Digvijay said, I am not the Congress but the BJP-Sangh coronavirus that will destroy them. Digvijay claimed that the Sangh-BJP is afraid of him because he is fighting strongly against the BJP-Sangh.

People are making fun of Digvijay that Netaji came to know his true form in 76 years. Some have written that Silawat is right that Digvijay is the Congress's coronavirus. After Congress got infected by Digvijay, voters are running away from Congress but other anti-BJP parties are also running away from Congress.

The possibility of bail for Sisodia became strong

The Delhi High Court has summoned the CBI in the case of former Delhi Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia, who has been in jail for the past two months. During the hearing on Sisodia's bail plea, the High Court told the CBI that you claim to have strong evidence but have not placed that evidence in the court. If you have evidence that you believe in, show us that evidence too.

The CBI argued that Sisodia was capable of putting pressure on witnesses. When he was arrested, he broke his phone. The court asked again that, do you have evidence?

Legal experts are of the opinion that given the tough stance of the High Court, the possibility of Sisodia getting bail has increased. According to him, CBI is going round and round in the name of evidence so the High Court is helpless. The decision on Sisodia's bail application has been postponed till April 28, but Sisodia can get bail in the current term.

After Shinde's strong tone, BJP relaxed

Eknath Shinde's Shiv Sena has come out strongly against speculations that the BJP has planned a split in the NCP by offering Ajit Pawar the chief ministership. In its wake, the BJP has weakened. Shiv Sena had clearly said that if BJP takes Pawar, our association with BJP will end. The BJP has announced that the assembly elections of 2024 will be fought under the leadership of Chief Minister Eknath Shinde. Speculations are rife that Deputy Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis will join hands with the BJP as Ajit Pawar has been offered the chief ministership.

Ajit Pawar has claimed that instead of waiting for the assembly elections of 2024, he is ready to become the chief minister even now. Fadnavis said, I have no such news. I am neither the spokesperson of NCP nor Ajit Pawar. Answering the questions whether BJP and NCP will come together in future will lead to unnecessary speculation.

Face-to-face accusations on Kejriwal's bungalow issue

Allegations have started between BJP and AAP on the issue of Rs 45 crore spent on the renovation of Arvind Kejriwal's government bungalow. A TV channel claimed that 23 screens worth Rs 8 lakh each have been installed in the Chief Minister's residence. The marble was imported from Vietnam. The price of this Dior pearl marble is 1.15 crore rupees.

AAP MP Raghav Chadha said in defense that this house was built in 1942. Water drips everywhere in the house. This is a government bungalow and not a private one and the government department has audited it.

Chadha said that the BJP should speak about the expenditure on its leaders. 20 crores have been spent on lime in Shivraj Singh's house.

Panneerselvam (OPIS), the Election Commission has confirmed Edappadi Palaniswami (EPS) as AIADMK General Secretary. Prashant 'Rains' on Nitish, Advocate of Opposition Unity

Political commentator Prashant Kishor slammed Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar for trying to unite the opposition in the country and said that Nitish Kumar is running a lame government. They should worry about Bihar. A party without a single MP is deciding the Prime Minister of the country. Those who don't have any place in politics are tying everyone else with the thread of unity, added Kishor.
