The number of heart attacks increased sixfold in big cities

- Higher incidence of heart attacks in non-vegetarians

- Occasional

- Those who pretend to be multi-tasking suffer from the silent killer like hyper tension.

High blood pressure, heart attack and brain stroke are among the list of silent killers. A working man who looks healthy on the outside does not know when high blood pressure rises. Irregular eaters, alcoholics and meat addicts will sooner or later hit the silent killer. Diabetes acts as a catalyst in all these.

It's time to watch out for non-vegetarians. Carnivores are less able to withstand lethal attacks than herbivores. Among the elements that raise blood cholesterol, meat comes to the fore. Some meats cannot be digested by the body. A heart attack does not spare even those who are basking in prosperity. Even regular exercisers fall prey to this silent killer. A celebrity like Raju Srivatsav suddenly fell into the arms of a silent killer. Despite receiving the best treatment, his life was dying. His supporters say to convince the mind that God has called him to do comedy shows above.

People who are fond of meat are compromising their health. They don't know that they are playing with fire. Artificial meat is available in the market for such people, but people seem to prefer the fleshy flesh of dumb animals. The list of celebrities who have died of heart attacks is long. It should also be understood that most of them are carnivores. The number of heart attacks has increased sixfold in big cities. On many occasions, people have been singing a song and have fallen down. When a celebrity dies of a heart attack, it makes news, but the tension that goes on when a busy common man suffers a heart attack goes unnoticed.

The increasing number of heart attacks has become a matter of concern. Two or three factors are considered responsible for the increased rate of heart attacks. For example, blood circulation is not normal due to thrombosis (clot formation in blood vessels) after corona, heart pain, but not paying much attention to it and lack of rest between hard work. It is not only in Indian cities that corona patients have suffered heart attacks. There has been a surge in such cases abroad as well. Experts say that in the second wave of Corona, many Corona patients avoided going to the hospital, due to which they did not get any life-saving drug treatment. It has been seen that many of the patients who were late in recognizing Corona and preferred treatment at home are suffering from heart attack.

One of the reasons behind the increasing number of heart attacks is that nowadays life has become materially rich. Physical movement is almost gone. People who work all day at a table and chair do not have time to devote time to their body.

In short, it can also be said that heart diseases also enter due to physical comfort. A major reason for working four days a week is that the working class can relax and relieve the stress of work by spending time with their families during the holidays. People are moving away from the regular activity of going to the temple which gives peace to their mind. People who run after money all day do not know when a heart or brain stroke will betray them. Everyone knows that in a fast-paced life a puncture can happen anytime and in this age of competition there is no escape but to run.

Doctors often advise to devote two hours in the morning to calming the body and mind. But people are not ready to follow the health advice and then it is time to go to ICU. People pretend to be multitasking, doing extra work to earn extra income, but in the long run their body becomes home to hypertension or diabetes. It is not that people are unaware of hyper tension which is a silent killer, but people suffer from ego that 'nothing happens to us'.
