Education Sector Still Neglected : The problem is more than education, especially the method of education

The field is still neglected

Whether the old government comes or the new government comes in our Gujarat, there is no change in the education sector. The problem of the method of imparting education is more than education. The fault lies with the crumbling education system. Everyone is now unhappy, dissatisfied with the existing education system. Our educational system has acquired a knack for brutally infantilizing the childhood of the child, the innate instincts of the youth and the natural creativity of any human being. The word immediately after education in the dictionary is pedagogy. We have known for centuries that education is an art, but the fact is that the art has become obsolete. Be it online education or classroom heaven, the great Indian teachers of this era have been caught in the act of instilling the interest that makes students engrossed in studies, which the new generation is reaping the brunt of.

Education has always been neglected in spite of not only the necessity, but also the inevitability of radical change. The NDA government has done nothing in the name of education and the common citizens of the country have no idea how the coming years are going to pass. BJP is a party that spills milk which it cannot drink itself. Therefore, the possibility that innovative educational systems will be introduced anywhere in the Indian political enterprise of the future is negligible. Even though the entire human race rests on the foundation of this education, education continues to be mistreated. What is the ultimate purpose of education? What will learning ultimately lead to? Everyone knows that the aim is to make the future generations financially independent so that the child can stand on his own feet when he grows up.

But if the determination to take one's personal life from an ant's trail to a certain height is not carried out in play, then the student is not said to have attained education. Respect is indeed the foundation of relationships and hence the foundation of a joint family in particular. Mutual respect is fundamental even in the symbiosis of couples. All institutions that cannot teach respect to each other are called fee collection centers, but not schools or colleges. The IBM company has recently published a survey by interviewing about 800 executives of multinational companies from different 80 countries. It's been asked by all, what is that one thing that keeps you running day and night? What are the key reasons that keep your company consistently on top of the success graph?

All those successful business tycoons' responses were strikingly similar. Overall, everyone said that two qualities, two qualities are such that today our company's name is in every corner of the world due to both of them. What are those two qualities? In descending order, the first attribute is adaptability, which is the company's willingness and ability to change with the times. How many have this readiness and capacity for it? Kodak and Nokia companies had this ability at zero percent so they are now defunct. Why did Kodak and Nokia have such a pathetic situation? They could not adjust with the changing times. As the winds of change blew, they stayed the course while other companies constantly changed themselves and embraced the revolution. We teach this adaptability right? Textbooks carry out the same age-old tropes.

The exam pattern should also be asked in such a way that it is given in the text book. In this method, the memory of the examinee is tested instead of the knowledge of the student. Today's education chauvinism presents to its parents the artificial illusion of taking children to number one. Earlier there were no smartphones, suddenly smartphones came and the whole picture of lifestyle changed. Now when the times change in five-five years, how will a student who is studying the same old textbooks adapt to the changing times? The reason why no revolutionary inventions have been made in India for the last several years is because of our old habits. And the first point, the first quality that the CEOs of all those companies have said is: creativity. That is creativity. No progress can be made in any field, anywhere, anytime without creativity. Every human being is innately different from the rest of the seven billion humans.
