Both national parties are responsible for the events before and after December 6

6th December, 1992. Time around half past ten in the morning. Suddenly the then Defense Minister Shankara Rao Chavan rushes into Prime Minister PV Narasimha Rao's diwankhana. Chavan noticed that the Prime Minister was intently watching television. To attract the Prime Minister's attention, he raised his voice slightly louder, Sir, those people are demolishing the building.... Chavan had in his mind that the Prime Minister would be shocked and immediately take some decisive action to stop the vandalism.

But even Narasimharao's stomach did not stir. He kept watching silently. Thousands of karsevaks were enthusiastically demolishing what a section called Babri Masjid and which the Supreme Court called a controversial structure. Narasimha Rao witnessed the vandalism, but did not take any steps to stop it. A golden chapter was written in the history of independent India.

After that, such beautiful events continued to happen. In March 1993, a terrible communal riot took place in Mumbai, the economic capital of the country, serial bombs were blasted. Many people lost their lives. Even after that, such terrorist attacks continued to happen on Mumbai. Communal brotherhoods and ekhlas are gone.

The government of his predecessor, Rajiv Gandhi, was as responsible as Narasimha Rao for this incident. A woman named Shahbano filed a complaint in court after her husband did not provide maintenance. The case reached the Supreme Court. The Supreme Court gave a verdict to give maintenance to the complainant woman. The minority Congress leaders of that time threatened Rajiv Gandhi that we will lose the minority vote bank of the Congress, so Rajiv Gandhi overturned the Supreme Court's verdict. Since then the seeds of conflict were sown between the central government and the judiciary.

After that the majority Congress leaders reminded Rajiv of the majority of the voters, so Rajiv ordered to open the gates of the Ram Mandir. Taking advantage of this mistaken order of Rajiv Gandhi, BJP's LK Advani organized a Rath Yatra. The culmination of this Rath Yatra was the incident of 6th December and communal riots – terrorist attacks – started in response.

Owaisi, the leader of All India Majlis-e-Ittehadul Muslimeen (AIMIM for short), has been saying for some time now that the Congress has not taken any steps for the development of minorities after using them as its vote bank. That is true to some extent. But the minority leaders in the Congress are responsible for that. Even though the leaders like Ghulam Nabi Azad, (now late) Barrister Abdul Rehman Antul, who is currently creating controversies as the Governor of Kerala, Ghulam Nabi Azad, who was loyal to the Congress leadership till yesterday, were highly qualified, they did not take concrete steps to promote education among the minorities. As a result, a large section of the minority remained illiterate and the mullahs continued to take advantage of it.

Not only Congress and BJP, Mamata Banerjee, Mayawati, Mulayam Singh and her family, Lalu Yadav and his family have also been taking advantage of this situation. Today on the sixth of December, the fact has to be remembered that Congress and BJP are equally responsible for what has happened in the last twenty five years. While one kept the minority in abeyance to maintain power during his fifty years of rule, the other now started taking drastic measures in the name of awakening the majority. Even the Supreme Court has severely criticized some measures like bulldozers. People need to understand that power-hungry politicians are responsible for what is happening.'
