New Delhi: As the campaigning for the Karnataka assembly elections is in its final stages, the level of campaigning has started to come down. Congress president Mallikarjun Kharge called Narendra Modi a cobra, while BJP MLA Basangowda Patil Yatnal called Sonia Gandhi a vishkanya. Patil called Rahul Gandhi a madman and also accused Sonia Gandhi of being an agent of China and Pakistan.

Patil termed Rahul Gandhi as hookah (mad) in Kannada and Basavaraj Rayereddy, the Congress candidate from Yelbarga seat, as tikka (mentally ill), saying, "You have hookah Rahul Gandhi there and Tikka Rayereddy here."

On this issue, face-to-face accusations are going on between BJP and Congress.

Hindu vs. Christian violence begins in Manipur

Support for wrestlers in Haryana worries BJP

BJP MP and Wrestling Federation of India president Brijbhushan Sharan Singh is worried as the issue of sexual exploitation of women wrestlers has started in Haryana with meetings in support of him. Haryana BJP leaders have submitted to the High Command to resolve this issue.

Shiv Sena's wealth will not go to Shinde group

The court has ordered the government to register an FIR without any complaint when any person makes a speech, statement or hate speech that is inflammatory or hate speech. The Supreme Court has also warned that the delay in registering the case in the case related to hate speech will be considered as contempt of court.
