Talk of Delhi: Legal battle erupts over old pension scheme

New Delhi: Many states, including the three Congress-ruled states of Himachal Pradesh, Rajasthan and Chhattisgarh, as well as Punjab, have announced the resumption of the old pension scheme for government employees. However, the central government has refused to return the money of government employees deposited in the new pension scheme. Due to this aggressive attitude of the central government, there is uncertainty about the benefits to the government employees and the resumption of the scheme.

The central government has said that under the existing rules, the money deposited in the new pension scheme cannot be returned to the state governments. Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman said during her visit to Rajasthan that if any state government expects to get back the money deposited in NPS, forget it.

Rajasthan Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot has already warned that if the Center does not return the money deposited under NPS to the state, the state government will go to court, there is a possibility of a legal battle.

Congress leader's bluff, Modi's deeds like 'Gautamadas'

Congress leader Pawan Khera's comments about Narendra Modi's father have created a controversy. In a press conference, Khera demanded a JPC inquiry into the allegations made against the Adani Group in the Hindenburg Report and asked, "What is the problem of 'Narendra Gautamdas Modi' asking the JPC to investigate the allegations made against the Adani Group in the Hindenburg Report?" Khera immediately added, Excuse me, 'Narendra Damodardas Modi'.

Being criticized for this, Khera tweeted that, I was delusional. The Prime Minister's name is 'Narendra Damodardas Modi' but Modi's karma is 'Gautamdas' i.e. the servant of Gautam Adani. A police complaint has also been registered in Uttar Pradesh against Khera's statement.

Criticizing Khera's statement, Amit Shah said that since Rahul Gandhi became the leader of Congress, the level of Congress leaders is going down. The language used by the Congress spokesperson for Modi is in keeping with Rahul Gandhi's nature.

The name of the party and the election symbol have been taken away but you cannot take away Thackeray's name. How can the thief lift Shivaji's bow? He denied that the Shiv Sena was not formed to lick the bottom of the BJP.

Uddhav also attacked Modi and said that if what is going on in Maharashtra is not stopped, the 2024 Lok Sabha elections may be the last elections of the country. Dictatorship will run in the country after this election.
