Nitish's new formula for opposition unity

Nitish's new formula for opposition unity

New Delhi: Nitish Kumar, who wants to unite all the opposition parties to give a strong fight to the BJP in the Lok Sabha elections, has put a new formula against the Congress. Nitish's formula is that, before the Lok Sabha elections, there should be no controversy on the issue of the prime ministerial candidate. Instead of fighting the election in the name of a single face, all the opposition parties including the Congress should fight the election with the sole objective of defeating the BJP. When the BJP loses, they will sit together and decide who will be made the Prime Minister. Earlier too, the Congress had insisted on putting forward Rahul Gandhi as the Leader of the Opposition and did not agree. Now everyone is watching what Congress does. Nitish has also made it clear that now the Congress has to take a decision and if the Congress does not take a decision, other opposition parties will form a front.

The BJP leader calls all these things as daydreams. According to him, the opposition is not going to win, but it is flailing.

Amritpal will be jailed, dossier ready

The Modi government is preparing to imprison Amritpal Singh, the leader of 'Waris Punjab De'. The National Investigation Agency (NIA) has been asked to prepare a dossier on the activities of Amritpal's Khalistanists, who attacked the Ajnala Police Station in Amritsar along with their supporters. Sources claim that after the dossier is made in a week, Amritpal will be framed.

Sources claim that central agencies have been keeping an eye on Amritpal's activities for the past four-five months.

A dossier has been created on Amritpal's inflammatory and pro-Khalistan speeches, violence by allies, activities in cyberspace, social media accountant, visits to drug rehabilitation centers, etc.

The agencies are of the opinion that Amritpal, who wants to resume the movement with the demand of Khalistan, is a threat to the security of the country and action should be taken against him now. As the government also agrees with this opinion, Tawai will come very soon.

A sheet of two thousand roses for Priyanka

The arrangements made by the Bhupesh Baghel government to welcome Priyanka Gandhi who arrived to participate in the Congress National Convention in Chhattisgarh's Nawa Raipur are being criticized. To welcome Priyanka Gandhi, sheets of rose petals were laid on the road from outside Raipur airport to the venue of the convention, which is about two kilometers long.

Priyanka Gandhi and Bhupesh Baghel passed through this flower bed by doing a road show. More than six thousand kg of roses were used for this.

Flowers were showered on Priyanka by setting up a stage outside the airport. Folk artists dressed in colorful traditional costumes were also lined up to play music along the way.

People are commenting that Bagheel has flattered everyone. Priyanka is not in any big position, but Baghel showed his mettle by spending millions to welcome her. Some commented that now Congressmen will make Gulkand of these roses and eat Prasad.

Aap in the field with a new team in Karnataka

The Aam Aadmi Party did not contest the elections in the three North-Eastern states but now it has decided to put all its strength in the Karnataka assembly elections. AAP will field candidates on all 224 seats in Karnataka. AAP has launched a campaign with the theme 'Broom is the Solution' to attract the voters of Karnataka. Now it has been decided to intensify this campaign.

According to your sources, in 2018, you contested on 29 seats but did not win a single seat. This time the situation is different and you will look great. Kejriwal has reshuffled the Karnataka AAP organization by appointing entrepreneur Prithvi Reddy as its convener, former IPS officer Bhaskar Rao as its manifesto committee chief and actor Chandru as its campaign committee chief.

According to analysts, the AAP is now more trying to emerge as an alternative to the Congress than to topple the BJP. This strategy will pay off in the long run.

Congressmen were persuaded to put Rahul's photo in the poster

There was uncertainty as to whether the Congress leader would attend the Mahagathbandhan rally held in Purnia, Bihar, but finally the Congress leaders attended the anti-BJP parties. The Congress was angry because Rahul Gandhi's photo was not included in the poster of the Mahareli. Photos of Congress President Mallikarjuna and Sonia Gandhi were in the poster, but some Congressmen expressed disappointment that Rahul's photos were not there. Nitish Kumar and Tejashwi Yadav convinced the Congressmen by putting up new posters with Rahul's photo.

Lalu Yadav addressed this meeting after a long time. Lalu was not present in person as he had recently undergone kidney treatment but was present virtually. He said that BJP is not a party but a symbol of RSS. BJP and Sangh are staunch opponents of reservation. Lalu announced in his speech for about 10 minutes that we and Nitish will always be together now.

BJP gets relief from High Court order on Standing Committee issue

The Delhi High Court has given an injunction against Mayor Shaili Oberoi's order to hold re-elections of the Standing Committee of the Delhi Municipal Corporation, and the BJP has been heartened. Aam Aadmi Party Mayor Shaili Oberoi ordered re-polling to elect 6 members of the Standing Committee.

The High Court has issued an injunction against this order and ordered to preserve all the ballot papers. Mayor Shaili Oberoi declared one vote invalid and ordered a recount. This led to fights and scuffles in the house.

Political analysts are calling this development unfortunate. According to him, it is unfortunate that politicians cannot keep even the basic tradition of democracy like elections healthy. It is appalling that the court has to interfere in every matter. If the High Court starts taking decisions on whether the voting has been done properly or not, there will be no need for an election system.
