Stupid voters gave a huge shock...

- To the point-Ajit Parrot

Once again, the mindlessness of the electorate triumphed, making a mockery of exit poll predictions and the behavior of astrologers. A newspaper conglomerate revealed that BJP won only 90 to 120 seats. In fact, the voters of the entire country, not just Gujarat, have been perpetually confused. After the internal emergency imposed by the then Prime Minister Indira Gandhi in June 1975, her own intelligence advised for elections in 1977. Taking that advice, Congress held elections. Indira Gandhi and Congress party lost in that election.

No political commentator has the ability to understand the mind of voters. Mostly speakers on TV channels are very clever. They are escaping by saying that this can also happen and this can also happen. The voters who gave a huge majority to the ruling party in the Gujarat elections, put the ruling party at home with equal fairness in Himachal Pradesh. A similar situation happened to the ruling party in the Delhi Municipal Corporation.

Now to a point. The BJP leadership should start making concerted efforts from today to prepare the ranks of the second line of efficient leaders. Other parties have to take a lesson from the plight of the Congress party. For the past many years there was an illusion prevailing in the Congress that no election could ever be won without the Gandhi family.

Similarly, it will not be surprising if the BJP is under the illusion that only the current Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Home Minister Amit Shah can win the election without fail. Of course, Yogi Adityanath can also be considered a strong leader. But one or two leaders cannot be relied upon to win the elections of the entire country. That's why BJP should prepare a team of powerful leaders from the second line. There were many issues that touched the common man in Gujarati elections. AAP and All India Majlis-e-Ittehadun Muslimeen (AIMIM) also had speakers who could incite voters. But being such a people, listen sub key, karo apne mana key. Voters listened to everyone, thronged the meetings and applauded. But voted in his own way. It proved that the voters are the real winners. The worst situation happened to the BJP rebels. Could not win the election and on the other hand lost the confidence of the Prime Minister. Along with the ball, the sling also became a ghat.

BJP became the second party to come to power for the seventh time in a row. In 1977, on the one hand, Indira Gandhi was defeated in the parliamentary elections, and on the other hand, the era of the Left began in West Bengal. Jyoti Basu became the Chief Minister and remained in power for five terms, not one or two, i.e. twenty-five years. After that, Buddhadev Bhattacharya ruled for two terms. Thus the Left maintained its monopoly in West Bengal for thirty-five years. After that, Mamata destroyed the stronghold of the Left.

The election results of Gujarat this time must have shocked almost all the opposition parties. Congress has suffered a hundred defeats. If it still holds on to the Gandhi family, the name may be lost. Now if we think like that, Mamata Banerjee, Sharad Pawar, Mayawati, Akhilesh Yadav, Lalu Yadav's children, Farooq Abdullah, Mehbooba Mufti etc. will be ready to shake hands. From now on, efforts will be made to form a coalition for the parliamentary elections of 2024. Thus, almost all the opposition parties have agreed on one thing that Modi should be removed. But every opposition leader who can be called a big bad or respectable leader considers himself the most suitable for the post of Prime Minister, so his Sangh does not reach Dwarka i.e. New Delhi. Fortunately or unfortunately, there can be only one Prime Minister in the country. If there was any more facility in the constitution, the opposition parties would have agreed to hold the post of prime minister for one year at a time.
