Other details revealed in the investigation of the seat are also shocking and it seems that Narayan is more of a habitual criminal than a high-ranking official. Narayan's pot burst due to the complaint of the girl has alleged that she herself went to a hotel owner in search of a job. Narayan claimed that he was not only in Port Blair but in Delhi on the day the girl said she was raped.
