- At the World Education Innovation Summit, it was said that artificial intelligence has brought unexpected changes in the way of education.

In 1966, German-American computer scientist Joseph Weizenbaum created the world's first chatbot, named Eliza. This first chatbot created a lot of buzz in that period. After 1995, the use of chatbots also increased after the spread of technology and internet. E-commerce companies, food delivery apps, travel agencies, hotel industry, education institutes etc. have started using chatbots to get instant information about themselves to customers. In case no human agent is available to serve the customer, the robot talks to the customer and provides basic information. These chatbots reduce a lot of the workload of human agents by providing fixed answers and fixed prompts. In 2017, four percent of the world's companies were using chatbots, in 2021-22 this figure has increased to 46 percent. 80 percent of startups use chatbots to provide basic customer information. One estimate is that by the end of 2024, 270 crore customers will be saved around the clock due to chatbots. 20-22% of the world's customer problems are solved by chatbots.

The world of chatbots changed on 30th November-2022. On that day, the discussion of artificial intelligence started anew after the launch of chatbot ChatGPT, created by a company called OpenAI with funding from Microsoft. A new challenge was created overnight against the search engine Google. At one point, Internet users all over the world started believing that Google's monopoly would be shattered in a matter of months. But Google entered the historic competition of AI by launching the AI chatbot Bard in March-2023. After Bard, now with the launch of Gemini, the competition has reached a new height.

Google launched three models of this AI service. Jamie's Ultra, Jamie's Pro and Jamie's Nano. Soon all Android users will be able to take the service of this tool offline. According to Google's claim, this tool is ahead of the popular chatbot ChatGPT. ChatGPT provides information, but this tool can understand Jamie's text, code, audio, video exactly the way a human mind reacts to all these things.

In this competitive time of AI, the World Education Innovation Summit was held in Doha. The ideas presented about the future of AI were very important. Experts specifically discussed how AI will transform education. It went something like this: AI tools are revolutionizing teaching and learning. As a result, it has become necessary to rethink the method of education. Now only informational education will not work. Students will get the information in one click. Who invented which product? Who has given which principle? From methods of mathematics to who wrote what, how, what are the characteristics of literature? From who wrote most of them to what kind of people live in which corner of the world? All that will appear in front of the screen in one click. AI tools will provide such education. AI tools will also play a key role in learning new things. Today, hundreds of people learn lessons from cooking to music by watching YouTube videos. From Maths-Science puzzles to Grammar is learned sitting at home.

In short, AI is now the future of the classroom. Mankind has come to such a mode of evolution due to technology that many things have to be reconsidered. Education will become machine based. So our life will change, our way of working will change. Our way of thinking will also change and experiences will also be new. What does it mean to be human? How to use technology? What is good and what is bad? How much technology to use? Children have to be taught how to use technology in such a way that it does not become a habit. Future generation has to be prepared to face AI. Measures have to be taken to prevent the misuse of technology and a policy has to be made. Technology has always been useful to mankind, but its timely use is essential. Accidents also happened as vehicles were invented and centuries ago accidents were caused by falling from horses. As the guns came, indiscriminate firing increased. The killings were also done with swords. The main issue is how to use it consciously. Controlling AI to help mankind will be the biggest revolution. Man has to learn to take over from the machine. AI will become a helper, not a competitor, if it learns how much, what kind of work to do.
