Delhi talk: BJP MP called Danish Ali a terrorist

New Delhi: Defense Minister Rajnath Singh has apologized after BJP MP Ramesh Bidhuri called Uttar Pradesh Muslim MP Danish Ali a terrorist. Bidhuri, an MP from South Delhi, pointed a finger at Danis Ali during a debate on the success of Chandrayaan-3 in the Lok Sabha and said, "Ye Ugravadi Hai, Ye Terrorist Hai." BJP leaders also admitted that this comment was inappropriate.

In response to Bighuri's comment, Rajnath Singh stood up and said, "I have not heard what Bidhuri said, but if the opposition MPs feel bad about this comment, delete these words from the proceedings of the Parliament." Danish Ali was not satisfied even though Singh himself apologized for these words. Danish Ali demanded that Bidhuri should apologize and not Rajnath, but the matter was finally calmed down after the opposition MPs explained. Danish Ali is a BSP MP from Amroha.

Gehlot called the Union Minister 'Nikamma-Nikara'

Rajasthan Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot, who had called Sachin Pilot 'Nikamma', now called Union Minister Gajendra Singh Shekhawat 'Nikamma' and 'Nikamma'. Slamming the Central Government for not declaring the Eastern Rajasthan Canal Project as a National Project, Gehlot said that the Minister of Water Power at the Center is from Rajasthan but he is so 'Nickamma' and 'Nickamma' that the project of Rajasthan cannot be declared a National Project. It makes excuses and confuses people. Gehlot also said that BJP has 25 MPs from Rajasthan but they are of no use.

Both Gehlot and Shekhawat hail from Jodhpur. Shekhawat Gehlot's son Vaibhav became MP after defeating him from Jodhpur Lok Sabha seat, so the political rivalry between the two is deep. Gehlot has also filed a case alleging involvement in the Shekhawat Co-operative Bank scam.

Leaders who quit BJP in MP close to half a century

The number of leaders who left the BJP and joined the Congress before the assembly elections in Madhya Pradesh is close to crossing half a century. So far 48 influential leaders of BJP have joined Congress. This is about leaders who can influence tens of thousands or more votes in an assembly constituency. There is no account of the rest of the small leaders and workers.

However, the BJP says that with the departure of these leaders, the garbage has been cleared from the BJP. Most of these leaders are those who wanted a ticket guarantee in the assembly elections. BJP cannot afford to give tickets to all so this leader left the party. Now these people will become headache for Congress. Even Congress cannot give tickets to everyone, so those people will turn against Congress very soon.

Kejriwal's Hindu card, relaxation for Ramlila

The Arvind Kejriwal government in Delhi has played the soft Hindutva card by allowing Ramlilas to be held and loudspeakers played till 12 midnight in Delhi. On behalf of the Ramlila groups in Delhi, the Lavkush Ramlila Mandali of Red Fort, the largest, met Kejriwal and demanded permission to run Ramlila and play loudspeakers till 12 midnight. Kejriwal accepted this demand and immediately ordered the officials. Kejriwal has also assured to do the booking of Municipal Corporation grounds for 40 days instead of 10 days.

BJP was raking up the Ramlila issue, but with this order, the issue has been taken out of BJP's hands. The BJP leader admits that Kejriwal is acting smartly on the issue of Hindutva. Kejriwal also protects Muslims properly but at the same time does not give any chance to project his anti-Hindu image.

Bhajji sought Shah's time on the Canada issue

Parents and families of Indian students studying in Canada are worried as relations between India and Canada become strained. As most of the Indian students studying in Canada are from Punjab, while Punjab is the biggest concern, cricketer-turned-politician Harbhajan Singh has sought time to meet Amit Shah. Harbhajan has been elected to the Rajya Sabha from the Aam Aadmi Party. Harbhajan has requested to give time to discuss issues including Khalistan with Shah.

People are making fun of Harbhajan's possible meeting with Shah on social media. People are writing that Harbhajan is going to meet Shah as your MP, but by the time he comes out, he will have become a BJP MP. Some have written that the concern of the students is an excuse, actually Harbhajan is getting Shah to be arranged in the board because Shah's son Jai Shah is the all-rounder in BCCI.

Patnaik suspended corrupt MLAs

In Odisha, Chief Minister Biju Patnaik has suspended MLA Sudhanshu Sheikh Parida following allegations of corruption. Patnaik handed over the investigation to the Lokayukta following allegations that Parida had committed corruption of Rs 3 crore in the subsidy given to farmers. Patnaik took immediate action and expelled Parida from the party after the Lokayukta ordered the State Vigilance to register a case against Parida after accepting the truth in the allegations against her.

Patnaik's move has stunned the BJP. BJP wanted to raise the issue of BJD government being corrupt by raising the Parida issue, but Patnaik has removed the air of BJP. Patnaik has also suspended another BJD MLA Soumya Ranjan Patnaik for corruption.

The BJP leader admits that Patnaik's decision will benefit the BJD in the Lok Sabha and Assembly. Patnaik has strengthened his image by this decision.
