As the problem can arise for the startup, the famous brand between the two countries can also be put in trouble. For example, wearable technology company Bo Et has withdrawn its sponsorship of Canada-based singer and rapper (a genre of music) Shubneet Singh's tour. Meanwhile, a campaign to boycott Canada-based company McCain and Canadian coffee chain brand Team Hortons is seen on social networks. Celebrities Virat Kohli, Hardik Pandya, KL Rahul, etc., who followed Shubneet Singh, whose tour of the Canadian singer has been cancelled, have stopped following him.
