If BRICS expands, it will become China's mouthpiece

- Controversy over inclusion of another six countries in BRICS

- Understanding China's move, India immediately expressed its displeasure and made its approach clear

The decisions taken by organizations of different countries become useful for the development of its partner countries. It is welcome that countries associated with the BRICS organization have agreed to expand the organization to include other countries. Brazil, Russia, India, China and South Africa have talked about including six more countries on the last day of the latest talks. However, the fact that India has expressed displeasure is no longer hidden from anyone.

The six new countries to be included in the BRICS include Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates. India has a strategic partnership with these two countries. It is not yet clear how BRICS wants to expand, but India is very clear that the Joint Security Council should also be expanded. India has long wanted to become a member of the United Security Council, but major countries are not giving India a chance.

India's view is that if the BRICS organization can be expanded, the Joint Security Council should also be expanded. If that happens, India would easily get its membership, but countries labeled as superpowers do not allow other countries to sit in their ranks. India has been trying to become a member of the Joint Security Council for years, but the superpowers have shown India a lollipop.

The characteristic of global organizations is that countries coming to the same level of prosperity create their own lobby here and take measures that can help each other.

China has not been able to impose itself in the BRICS organization, but China keeps the BRICS countries away from its strategy. Unfortunately for BRICS, there is a cold war going on between its two partners, India and China. During the corona period, the BRICS countries were against China. These countries criticized China's regionalism policy instead of joining hands with it.

India also does not want the BRICS organization to become an anti-US organization rather than an opposition to China. Given the way China is moving forward and trying to accommodate new countries, it looks set to make the BRICS organization anti-American. China wants to lead the organization by including more countries. China's leadership should be understood as an anti-American ideology.

China itself pretends to act like Sati, but India has recognized China's move, that is why it has not shown much enthusiasm for the expansion of BRICS countries. China's move is clearly visible in this case. If the BRICS countries turn pro-China, it can create trouble globally. The world is aware of China's economic and military strength.

The decision of which new countries to include in the BRICS organization has not yet been taken, but 20 countries want to join this organization. Experts involved in global politics say that India should make efforts to prevent China from becoming dominant in BRICS. Now that the meeting is over, India needs to prepare a new strategy regarding BRICS. Even during the war in Afghanistan, the NATO forces jointly attacked the Taliban. Big countries trade with small countries, but are not willing to put them together in an organization. There are many organizations operating in the world, but the top organizations are dominated by America. India's target is the Joint Security Council. India trades with both the US and China, which are both economically weak. It is well known that Chinese investors are turning to India.

After the success of Chandrayaan-3 and being able to continue economic progress even in the face of global recession, India is now presenting its different ideas on the global platform. Close sources say that Prime Minister Modi believes that if the BRICS organization is expanded further, it can become a mouthpiece for China. India's reluctance to include more countries in BRICS has become a topic of discussion.
