Monsoon Session in the Jungle : The Official Fight!

- You have eighteen bends-octagons

- To show that the government of the jungle is run by jungle shahi, thrice in a year all the MPs of the jungle gather together and debate. Two things are invariable in it: Opposition MPs protesting in all and ruling party MPs showing power in all...

In the jungle, the ruling party and the opposition continue to clash throughout the year, but it is noted only in the media and social media, including 'Jungle News'. Officially those statements are not recorded. Such a note is taken only three times in the forest. The government of the jungle fills the court. It has been given different session names. A similar session is held during the monsoon, so it is called a monsoon session. In a court session, the ruling party and the opposition can talk over each other as they like. Also, it is recorded in the official records of the court. The record of who, when and what was said is kept so that the jungle dwellers who come as MPs in the Durbar in the future know exactly that we too have to behave like this. Do not work!

Like all other sessions, in the Monsoon session too, the MPs from the ruling party and the opposition parties clashed at the beginning. In this, the MPs of the ruling party showed their power. It was a tradition of ruling party MPs not to allow opposition MPs to make presentations by stopping them from speaking. The MPs of the ruling party would vigorously respond to the allegations made in the name of Maharaja Singh. Only when 'Maha' was heard, the ruling party MPs used to slap the opposition MPs. Then it was known that he was not going to say 'Maharaj Singh', but 'Mahan Sasalabhai'. Sasalabhai means the driving force of opposition. Sasalabhai was considered 'great' by his supporters as the leader of opposition MPs wanted to install him on the lion's throne, always running and laughing and coming from a great tradition of governance.

On the other hand, opposition MPs used to oppose anything. All oppositions had this bright tradition in the jungle for years. Be that as it may, to protest means to do. As soon as the MPs of the ruling party spoke a word, the MPs of the opposition would shout ho-ha. Many a times the MPs of the ruling party belched, but the MPs of the opposition protested. Then you will know that it was just a belching sound!

This matter became common in all the durbars which were filled to show that the kingdom was ruled by jungle shahi. The funny thing in these sessions was that Maharaja Singh and Sasalabhai, whose name the MPs used to fight back and forth, used to attend these sessions for very few days. Apart from being present in the session, he had to be present in important programs. As such, Maharaja Singh was very busy with events ranging from inauguration ceremonies to enjoying the hospitality of exotic jungles. So Sasalabhai also used to stay busy from Jungle Jodo Yatra to opposition Jodo events. Consequently cannot be present to contest such sessions. His supporters used to fight on behalf of both.

The common forest dwellers used to fear that if the forest dwellers fought like this, the security officer Babban Bilado would have dismissed the case. The same security officer Babban Bilado used to be the chief security officer in the Durbar and witness all the fights. If he gets a notice, he would escalate and expel the opposition MPs from the court. That too, when an MP from the opposition is talking badly about Maharaja Singh.

Same thing happened with MP Kalakaliya Kakalatia. Chief Minister Kachbabhai Kakalatia's party MP Kalkaliya Kakalatia was pushed out of the darbar by Babban Bilada on the instructions of Maharaj Singh's personal advisor Bearbhai and urged not to come to the darbar for the entire session. Kachbabhai Kakalatia was ideal for Kalakaliya Kakalatia. Kalakaliya had exactly set in mind the model of Kachbabhai Kakalatia of how to do Kakala in all things. For his part, Kalakalio Kyarnoy used to chant 'Maharaja Singh'... 'Maharaja Singh'. He wanted to say something like that why does Raja Singh make long-winded speeches throughout the year, but remains silent in the Durbar session?

On the other hand, the courtiers including Bearbhai countered that the MPs of the opposition, who are satisfied with only small statements and tweets in the name of opposition for the whole year, where do they borrow the voice to speak in the court sessions? Why are you relaxing all the rest of the day?

Seeing the MPs in the session like this, the forest dwellers got into a discussion. One of them said: 'If there is work, so be it! Salary-allowances, tea-breakfast, food-water are all available for fighting, talk!'

Someone else commented: 'It's not like they're all just fighting. Salary increase proposals pass unanimously!'
