Nirmala's conscientious leadership.

What Subramanian Swamy has spoken candidly in his last published book rings true to anyone after a press conference like the press note distribution of the country's Finance Minister on Saturday. According to Subramanian Swamy, an aura of euphoria has formed around Mr. Modi, which continues to widen the gap between the Prime Minister and reality. All the ministers of the NDA government have so much power in praising Prime Minister Modi that they are successful in keeping Modi in the dark from the facts on the ground. Subramanian Swamy says that the Modi cabinet is constantly working according to wrong priorities, due to which the current central government has started to become unpopular among the people. On one hand, the International Monetary Fund has downgraded India's economic growth estimates. This has damaged the global image of the country. On the other hand, India has announced plans for a mega shopping festival like Dubai. That is why Subramaniam Swamy says that the government is focused on glamor and publicity, leaving aside the work where attention should be paid.

Nirmala Sitharaman announced a big package to shore up the housing sector to target two-three birds at once. Due to this, many projects which were almost completed but were stopped, started to flourish again. They will get the benefit of the new incentive policy of the central government only if there is no outstanding bank loan on that project. A large community of unorganized workers engaged in casual labor is associated with the construction sector. There has been a revival with the efforts of the government, but the builders who are plotting new private industrial estates in Gujarat and are stuck in crores have not been able to get out of the slump in such government policy. Branded groups have not suffered in this, but medium builders have been trapped. It is now understood that the Rs 10,000 crore announced by the government for the construction sector was actually meant to fulfill the objectives of the BJP as per its manifesto.

Sitharaman's problem is that he thinks he is telling the truth and is actually lying. As this time he said that inflation is under control. Indeed inflation is uncontrollable. That is, they do not know when it is said that they are under control? His ridiculous statements about dollar and rupee are well known. Sitaram also said that there are signs of increasing industrial production in the country. Perhaps they have a divine eye and can see it, but even a clairvoyant gentleman realizes that the production in the rest of the country is steadily declining. However, it is good if our finance minister sees auspicious signs. An indication of the extent to which leaders make false and contradictory statements to the public is also found in these statements of Sitharaman.

The talk of export promotion is really interesting and the government can really do something about it. We have a jungle of export activity there. The first thing is that any industrialist who acquires land for industry in the district, flocks of political crows start circling over him. How many districts are there in Gujarat where not a single new industry has been set up in the last twenty five years. By deciding to export a single product of a mediocre and excellent quality, the government puts the manufacturer in such a bind that the very concept of export is lost. The finance minister has assured to remove this crisis. After the goods leave the gate from the company there is a strange maze to go through. The government has just announced a special window, which will help in making funds available to citizens who want to buy a house.

However, many companies in the country act as fund advisors. By properly preparing the file, they develop credibility, due to which banks are willing to grant loans. This is a new and honest business. However, our public sector banks have not yet formally admitted fund consultants into their lending system. Even so, the fund is already working. Now the government wants to play the role of fund consultant itself.
