According to the decision taken by the Baghel government, tribal class i.e. ST will get 32 ​​percent reservation while scheduled caste i.e. SC will get 13 percent reservation. OBC ie Other Backward Classes will get 27 percent reservation. 4 percent reservation will be given to the general poor. The Cabinet has approved amendments to two laws to increase the amount of reservation. The Baghel government had fixed the reservation according to the caste population at the district level as well, but the High Court canceled the reservation at the district level. The Baghel government will now bring reservation at the district level by making it a detailed law. The provisions of this Ordinance, which have been struck down by the High Court, will be re-enforced by law. The bill will be introduced in a special session of the Legislative Assembly on December 1.
